The restaurant is beautiful, with a great outdoor deck area by the water. Service was good. The food was okay, though, with a couple of simple fixes could be so much better.
I got a smash burger, which wasn't really a smash burger at all. A real smash burger is very thin, with a bit of crust on the edges. This was two patties of completely unseasoned beef that had no browning from the flat-top. They put halved cherry tomatoes (??) on it for some reason, and no condiments at all. The burger was bland.
My wife got avo toast with an egg on it, and that was fine. The side salad that it came with though was lettuce with just oil on it. No seasoning, no other dressing besides oil. Bland.
I want to try it again because it has such a nice atmosphere. I really hope they can improve these basics in the kitchen. Still, a really nice place to have a drink by the water.

Everything was going well, ordered brunch and was enjoying a wonderful morning when after sipping some of the freshly delivered black coffee, a slug like slime made it partially into my mouth… I was aghast. My girlfriend freaked out on seeing it. Anyway, we showed the slime to the manager, and got a shrug…. The waiter brought a new cup of coffee (on the house) to which we informed them that our appetites had evaporated. Wow. I still can’t believe that experience. I am freaked out. Would give zero stars if that was an option.

This restaurant has a homey atmosphere and provides true local dining experience. Chef Jimmy is a master of local seafood delicatessens. His clam chowder is the best on the island. His wife Alisa is managing the place and is attentive to customers, and this tandem is the key to feeling like you are spending time with friends. The location is so beautiful and relaxing, so you really want your food to came late while you are enjoying a scenery and hopefully a drink.

The food was decent, but we waited a long time for our food-- over an hour after we sat down. Restaurant was not crowded at the time with many empty tables inside. We were brought a couple incorrect orders and never received some of our drinks.

09/29/2024, We ordered take out. I ordered whole bellied clam plate, $28.00. I wish there was a way to post the picture of this order. The clams were not bellies. It was the scraps from all the other fried clams in the fryolator. Unfit to be eaten!! When we called, the server was very pleasant. I was offered something else, but I refused. Bad taste from that order!! I returned the next day and showed the cook my order. I spoke with the mgr regarding a refund. It takes 3 5 days. No problem, my friend will be watching for her credit. UPDATE: 10/6/2024 There has been no credit to my friend's account. I have tried to call multiple times today after 4pm. The website says opened till 9pm. UPDATE: 10/9/2024 There still has been no refund issued. You stated, feel free to reach out if I had any concerns. There is nobody to answer the phone. This is the description of poor guest services. I filled out an online contact/concern form which has my contact information. I will be sure that our annual visiting guests never dine or recommend your restaurant. Have a pleasant season off. UPDATE: 10/16/2024 As suggested from their first response on 10/6, I filled out their online contact/concern request form. No response.

We were able to make a reservation through open table and when we arrived for our dinner at the appropriate time, there was a sign on the door that said "closed for the season".
Food was very good and the deck is a great spot to sit. Our server was very friendly. It’s nice to have some good dinner options on the island.

I brought my wife and my niece that was visiting from California, to 1 Ferry Wharf a couple of weeks ago. We had a great view of the Jamestown Harbor that cannot be beat. The seafood was fresh and delicious and the staff was very friendly and efficient. 1 Ferry Wharf is a local treasure.

Spent the day in Newport and decided to drive to Jamestown for dinner. We ended up at 1 Ferry Wharf and had the most wonderful dinner. The location is fantastic and Emily was a great server. She was polite and smiling and just made the experience fantastic. We were greeted and thanked for dinning at their restaurant. We will be back next time we venture to Rhode Island.

The food was subpar for the price. The restaurant has a neat location and limited outdoor seating, but the service is awful. We never received silverware. The glasses were dirty, and when we arrived at 5:00 PM on a Sunday, a waitress was actively using a mop and bucket to clean the main floors as if it was closing time. Not worth your time or money.

Absolutely the worst service! We drove to beautiful Jamestown for a relaxing dinner outside on a gorgeous summer night. We chose this restaurant because it had reservations available on open table. Now I know why they had available seats on a Saturday night! We arrived and were seated on the deck, which was very nice. That was the only thing that was nice though. We sat there for at least a half hour before someone actually greeted us with waters. So, we decided to order then because who knows when someone would come back and take our order. We ordered a couple of drinks and another 25 minutes goes by and nothing! At that this point our night was ruined so we got up and left and none of the staff seemed to cared. So, I can’t speak for the food but the service was horrendous and to me that is why I go out for dinner is to relax.And having good service is everything. Would not recommend at all!
