We were staying in Jamestown at an Airbnb & the owners highly recommended that we stop by there. They told us to be prepared to wait, but the wait was well worth it. They were spot on! The wait was around 35 minutes, but didn't feel like more than a 5 minute wait because it's such an amazing, beautiful area & so many people that were either standing in line or sitting at the tables had dogs. I was on vacation & missing my dogs like crazy so that was great!...
A trip to the Hard-Pressed Cider Company (HPCC) at Windmist Farm in Jamestown for cider and cider doughnuts has become an annual fall tradition. The cider and doughnuts are some of the best that can be found in Rhode Island.
When you arrive, you park on Weeden Lane, but only on the side closest to HPCC and Windmist farm; no parking is allowed on the other side of the lane. There will often be quite a lot of people, so you might need to parallel park on the lane.

The cider and donuts are great, but parking is really limited! There’s only side street parking, and once it gets busy, finding a spot is almost impossible. They’re only open Friday through Sunday, with unusual hours from 10 AM to 4 PM. I’d definitely suggest going when it’s less crowded.
