Look. I didn't come here for Level 99. I needed a drink in the middle of a **hard** day. The hostess was delightful (Sarah! Thank you for making me feel put together! My coat is beautiful even when I'm not! Love you girl!) and then Isaiah made my DAY. Know this: everything he likes on the menu is ACTUALLY FIRE. My cocktail was on point. I was struggling to decide between two items and Isaiah was my sherpa towards the Americana Wagyu with *parmesan truffle fries*. At the same time, Isaiah was rolling out drink orders, making other customers feel welcome, and helping out his colleagues with orders. When someone does hospitality well, it's *really* impressive. 5 effervescent stars: I recommend you drop the kids at the activities, then head over to the bar and chill with the Night Shift staff. You'll be glad you did.

We celebrated my son's 15th birthday here at The Providence (Prov. Place Mall) with a party of 15, and Yuri was absolutely incredible. Managing 13 teenagers is no small feat, but he kept every drink filled and every order perfect without breaking a sweat. The food was delicious, but the impeccable service is why we’ll be returning. It’s rare to find a server who can keep a large group this happy and well-attended to. Thank you for a memorable experience. If you’re hosting a large group, ask for Yuri, he truly made the day stress-free!.

We had a party of 13 for our son’s 15th birthday at the Providence location and Yuri was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. While the kids were off playing for the first couple of hours, he spent time chatting with me and my wife, making us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. Once the boys finally came to the table and things got a little wild, Yuri handled it all with patience, calm, and great energy. He was on top of everything, never missed a beat, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Great service and an even better person. Highly recommend!

We had a reservation to try this place out for my birthday, and Night Shift Kitchen + Tap did not disappoint! Our server Yuri was always checking in on us! He did great! The drinks and food were absolutely delectable and I would love to highlight the wonderful work of Chef Jade who gave us some amazing (new menu hopefuls) desserts to try out. Chef Jade you seriously made some of the best dishes I've ever tried - so to the managers or higher ups, PUT JADE'S STUFF ON THE MENU, please? 😊 In closing, Night Shift staff you guys seriously made my birthday feel truly special. Came here on a Friday night with my family. There was nit a long wait to get seated for dinner. Yuri was our server. He was very nice and attentive. The drinks and food came out quick. Hot and fresh. Now, its time to enjoy tue gmaes here at Level 99. We will for sure be coming back!!
