Went to the place at 12:35 am Closes at 1:00am No one at the intercom I sat there for a little bit, pulled up to the window didn’t see anybody around. No one was in sight. They should just say they close at 12.

Terrible service 1/18/25 @ 4:15-4:30 order 12 piece chicken fry meal with a coke and a small fry on the side. Girl at speaker asked me 3 times to repeat myself which is fine, doesn’t forget to ask if I want to donate and like always doesn’t get the order correct. Gives me 6 chicken fries in my meal with cold fry’s and the young guy who handed it to me through the window was not pleasant at all as if I owe him something. If you hate your job quit honestly. This place really need a some staff that actually cares I never get the correct order in the evenings never get napkins or decent service it’s always like I’m bothering them. I stopped going here because the service is terrible. I used to eat here 3-4 times a week now it’s once a month if I’m in a rush. The manager needs to train staff better or hold them accountable. Also wanted to point out I was the only person in my drove through.

Got a simple order wrong 3 times. I gave up. They were completely out of sorts when the place was basically empty. The food was sub-sub par. The owner must be aware what a terrible place they have. Worst BK I've ever been to. The onion rings were old and soggy. Be ashamed of yourselves. Terrible.

Everytime I go here they mess up my order today 9-26 1243 pm they take my order and then I look and the burgers have no buns I go inside and ask them what was going on and they said we're out of buns so we're using sourdough bread without informing me they didn't have buns they proceeded to not give me the number for management or refund my order they were extremely rude I will never return to this location again
The staff has improved greatly. I do enjoy the zesty sauce though.

Typical New Gen. run business today..Terrible service, ridiculous long wait( FAST? food restaurant), Sky high prices, Lazy sloppy careless employees, They can't even get chocolate chip cookies right! I could have thrown it though a plate glass window they were so hard..The real sad thing is that this place(15 -20 years ago) used to be REALLY good....Unfortunately it's just a Prime example of these young, coddled, uneducated kids of today.I'll never go there again unless there is a drastic change in ownership and or employees that are professional.

Not only does a small fry cost $4.00 but I drive all the way home to realize I never received my fry. This has to be the tenth time I’ve paid for food I did not receive. I live too far to go back. It wouldn’t be worth the gas.

Ice cream cones were very small and skimpy and the chocolate shake looks like a vanilla shake do not recommend. My grandma took one bite from this cone and it’s super tiny !!
