Went here for 615ish dinner after being on the road all day. One guy saved this rating, name is Elijah according to his name tag. The two at the front counter were utterly perplexed by every aspect of their job. I'm not sure if this job is hard now, but they sure made it look that way. Elijah had to come out from the kitchen (where it sounded like another guy already had things handled) and single handedly expedite the drive thru and front counter on his own.The other two had messed up our order, he got it corrected and thus our food was fresh.We sat in the dining room to eat and had fun listening to tweedle dee and tweedle dum argue about whether our order had been served or not.Btw, BK is super expensive these days. $26 for just two of us. I'm a big guy, but got one meal and she isn't big and also got a meal. Ridiculous prices these days.

I worked at this location and during my time here my manager (cam) sold me carts and let me work illegal hours and let me work under the influence. So he was a cool guy. But then you have maholia she is a very narcissistic and incompetent woman. As a manager you shouldn’t make public post about family court i think thats very personal. regardless during this time i have seen 3 piers naked. One of them being cam on all 4s i may add.

Went at 8 pm today, everything was old and cold. My chicken Wraps had half an old chicken patty in it rather than the chicken strip they usually come with. When asking for a refund I was handed a business card and told they don’t do refunds lol. Unprofessional, and using food that should have been in the trash hours ago.

If you close at 11:30 then turn off your lights and don’t say you’re open till 12. I showed up at 11:30. All the lights were on nobody answer the drive-through for over five minutes drove around back through nobody answered, drove around again saw somebody standing in the second window. Let me guess you’re doing a “deep cleaning”Seriously? Just turn the lights off- close at 11:30

They didn’t give us our fries and our chicken nuggets. When my boyfriend asked for the fries the girl in the drive thru just stared at him with a dumb look on her face and didn’t give him the fries. Awful customer service. The food was cold, the mozzarella sticks didn’t have cheese inside of them, and the”double” bacon king only had a single patty.

Place was absolutely fithy mess. Floor, tables, bathrooms etc. No ice in soda machine had to get from counter. Fries and chicken sandwich tasted like they cooked in in fish fryer. Won't go back. Just gross.
