went in for a breakfast meal. chose the two burritos. cashier offered me drink options so i chose the ice coffee. total came to $7.01 so i asked why when the price on the menu board only costs $5.69 & tax. she tells me that i have to pay an upcharge for the ice coffee which she didn't bother to tell me when i first chose the ice coffee. then the manager, who could barely be bothered to look up, tells me that it is disclosed. i advised her that it is not disclosed...

This is the BK that I go to all the time. Todaymy order was taken by Kendra. My order was a little confusing and her patience and friendly personality will certainly insure that I continue to frequent this BK.

This is my favorite BK location - the customer service is always friendly, upbeat with zero attitude! I stopped in to grab lunch and even though it was a busy time, everyone was moving around like clockwork, working seamlessly together. It's great to see a well run fast food restaurant as this location is! Great job, team Johnston (Putnam Pike)!
