Unfortunately, my experience was not good. The service left a lot to be desired: the staff was not friendly, and we were treated disrespectfully by the waiter. Additionally, there were other issues that made the visit unpleasant. It’s a shame, because the place has potential, but they really need to improve their customer service. I wouldn’t recommend it for now.

Cayenne provides quality sushi at a fairly competitive flat and transparent price. They sell hot, cold, and raw food of both Chinese and Japanese types, appealing to all members of the family. I found their sushi above average (not amazing) and certainly worth $30 for All You Can Eat dinner. The servers were kind and attentive.
The ambiance is pretty simple and not impressive. Go for the food. Don't expect nice tables, lighting, music, or decor.
However, there may be a substantial wait between ordering and receiving food, particularly during a busy dinner service, so make sure you order promptly and anticipate a 30 or 40 min lag between ordering and eating.

The waiter was fine, but the food honestly wasn’t good. The tempura had barely any shrimp in it, and the batter was super thick and nasty.

We ordered the all-you-can-eat, but we only ordered a few pieces of sushi. Even then, we waited almost an hour. When my mom politely asked how much longer it would take, the sushi chef suddenly ran out from behind the counter and started yelling at us.

My dad got really mad and argued with him, and then the chef straight up kicked us out. The worst part was the owner — who’s Chinese — seemed to have an attitude toward other Asian customers.

The service attitude is very bad, and the food is served very slowly. I asked why they are still driving people away before the food is served

It is a one and done. The all you can eat is fun, but honestly so some math. If you aren't eating more than 3 rolls don't get the all you can eat! I was not impressed with the food and I've gotten sushi rolls from grocery stores that tasted better. The tempura was doughy and soft, the dumpling meat tasted weird, and the filling in the rangoons was fairly tasteless. If I ever go back I'm ordering off the menu and it won't be sushi. I did enjoy the rules though. No sharing and you pay for every piece you don't eat! I love it. I didn't eat rules though so not dying to go back any time soon. My canned soda was spot on and the people were nice.

Been going here for years! Food is always fresh, the owner is an unbelievable person and the staff genuinely cares about the customers and their service. I’ve had Sushi all over the world and this little gem is still the best!!!

Place is nice for a quick sushi fix. I had the salmon avocado roll, tuna roll, and kani salad. The price is a bit cheaper than most ayce places too.

I loved all of my food and the couple times I have come both the servers and the chefs have been extremely nice! The prices also aren’t outrageous like other places. I love this place!

The service was very bad and the food was disappointing. The chef was very rude, when we commented on one of the rolls as it was not described correctly from the paper. He did not give us a chance to speak and was very aggressive and disrespectful in the way he spoke to us. They are very skimpy with the fish quantity as well, I ordered a shrimp tempura roll and there was little to no shrimp in the batter.

Honestly one of the best AYCE sushi in the area for the price. The food is fresh and is made to order. Super friendly staff and I believe it’s run by just 2 people most of the time.

To the people complaining about the wait time, don’t be so impatient. It’s just 1 chef making all the rolls and 1 server bringing everything out.

Cayenne AYCE sushi = super sweet staff, gorgeous presentation… but flavor variety is lacking 😅. Tried a bunch of sushi and nigiri, and most tasted the same. With a bit more flavor creativity, this place could really shine!

Their sushi is rolled in the absolute maximum amount of rice. After complaining they switched it out. When the bill came I had a $30 extra charge. So I mention it to the wait staff she said I’ll go get the manager. Manager comes and tells me to pay what’s on the bill or he calls the police…. Salmon tasted old and warm Fluke was chewy and had a funky smell. Last time I eat here.

Food is good. Service is iffy. You get ignored and left waiting on orders that they either lost or forgot. And once you say anything The cook gets offended and rush the customer with insults. Come at own risk with plenty of time to kill.

This restaurant don’t show respect or treat their Asian people well. Food is mid, food take forever to come out. Service is not good. No one came to our table to give us water. How do you service a AYCE but get mad when someone order too much. The wait is so long that by time the food come out they’re already ready to kick us out. I recommend not coming here.
