I arrived at the restaurant yesterday to pick up my order that said it would be ready at 9:40. when I got to the restaurant I was informed that they were out of chips and I was asked if I wanted a large guac instead. I said sure and then I was standing there waiting for over a minute, so I had to ask them for the guac. I was then handed the guac with somebody else else’s order. When I walked back in to grab the correct order, I couldn’t get any help from the employee. When he went to grab my order finally he told me that the food wasn’t ready yet even though it was 20 minutes after I had placed the order. He told me “ A man we’re just chilling in here” and “ If you order your food late at night, don’t expect it to be on time”. Not to mention there was a bag of chips sitting on the counter which I had to point out to them. Terrible service especially from Sam. Forgot my red chimichurri. Also, the employee named sam was asking me questions like why am I in there so late and why did I order so much food which is none of his business. Employees have no right to question customers and tell them to not expect service. The comments the employee made suggested that they aren’t actually working during late hours and the lack of management is evident.

We went to this location around 7 PM. The staff was friendly, the food was good but the dining room was really dirty. Not a single table was clean or wiped down. I’ve noticed the same problem at other locations too. I’m really hesitant to go in to Chipotle any more.

Reviews must be from their own employees.. this place is disgusting. This is the third chance I gave them and every time it was filthy. This is a food establishment.. employees cooking should wear their hair in net or tightly under their hat. The ones serving should have a proper hair cut not a beard that’s almost touching the food be forreal. Everyone just talking to each other and spitting all over your food. Can’t even wipe down the counters where the food is on. I came in at 4pm and all of the food pans were mixed with each other. Rice in the beans, beans in steak, cheese in the guac. I’ll never come here again. Ohhhh and to top it off there was a blonde piece of hair in my food. Straight in the trash and the worse $20 I’ve ever spent.

I know there’s already been mention about the night crew but damn. A damn smile wouldn’t hurt you. I get it life sucks but I bet you feel a little better with a smile. The customer service needs a huge improvement other than that the food is alright.

First this establishment is FILTHY at night. Service? What service? I could do a better job if I went back there to make it. Third I caught food poisoning from this place. Within 30 minutes I was in a downpour sweat & didn't know which end it was coming out. Y'all should be shut down. Food poisoning was from daytime shift, btw. Wash your hands! It's the law! Clean & keep things sterile & sanitary. It's the law! I hope you get a visit from the DOH!

The service is horrible if you go after 4. Everyone stands around when you’re walking in with not a smile on their face as if they don’t want to be there. Jenna or whatever her name is beyond rude, she is definitely on night shift. The worse customer service ever and the company needs to sneak up on them and just get a feel for what I’ve experienced. I don’t know if they’re racist or just flat out rude but Jenna definitely appears to be racist. I went back the other day after having a situation with them to see maybe if she was having a bad day but I’m convinced she’s a racist and she knows I do not want here making my food but that did stop her from giving me the death stare the entire time. Also one of the employees dropped some lettuce and picked it up off the counter and put it back in the bowl. I said no don’t put that in the bowl and he says I wiped the counter off earlier smh. Anyways because of the energy and the constant lack of professionalism I just paid and left. I didn’t even eat the bowl but I did decide to write a review that they deserve. Corporate get in there and get them straight because trust me you’ll going to have a lawsuit on your hands with that nasty disrespectful night crew.

Nah on god your employees need to wash there hands, I caught the norovirus because whoever prepped my food didn’t wanna wash there hands after they took a piss or shit, don’t go here unless you wanna catch it cause I got one am never going back
