The service is horrible if you go after 4. Everyone stands around when you’re walking in with not a smile on their face as if they don’t want to be there. Jenna or whatever her name is beyond rude, she is definitely on night shift. The worse customer service ever and the company needs to sneak up on them and just get a feel for what I’ve experienced. Honestly if you go to this chipotle before 5pm it’s excellent. People are friendly and you don’t have to beg for a reasonable amount of food. This review is about there night time crew. If you didn’t say anything there wouldn’t be nothing in the bowl. What is it rice , beans, a protein, salsa, corn,Almost $ 14.00. Not worth it. Look at the commercial on tv the bowl is piled high. The staff at night is basically unfriendly and disrespectful. By the way this has happened...

Chipotle was rock ‘n roll, baby. Top-tier service with folks behind the counter who clearly knew what they were doing. I’ll be back soon.

Vegetarian options: Sofritas are super well-seasoned!
