Poor customer service on Atwood Ave Johnston. I ordered a grilled cheese she said I don’t have bread so I said.can I get a plain bagel she said did I just say I don’t have bread. I said well it is a bagel and she said bread is bread. I also ordered two drinks she kept saying in a rude way what else. Not pleasant at all.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Dunkin’. The woman working there had a terrible attitude and clearly didn’t want to be there. She was rude, unprofessional, and it showed in the food it was poorly made and not up to their usual standards. Definitely not the kind of service I expect from Dunkin’.

I made a mobile order 20 minutes before arriving at this location, but the only thing they hade ready was my drinks. They didn’t even start making my food, and then I had to proceed to wait another 15 minutes before getting my food.

I’ve given this Dunkin’ multiple chances, but every time I visit in the afternoon, the experience is awful. The service is slow because there are only two employees running the whole store, and they’re constantly out of essentials like milk and oat milk. It’s clear they’re not prepared to handle customer demand, and I’m tired of dealing with it.
I won’t be coming back to this location. If you want good service, just go to Honey Dew—they do it better, plain and simple.

Wish I could do 0 stars. Went to pick up my order and none of it was made correctly and half of it was not even completed. First off they were all out of donuts at a donut establishment. Crazy. They ran out of lemonade, couldn’t make my drink. They also made the coffee incorrectly. Tasted like river water, disgusting. Even the server told us to request a refund in the app.
Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to, 10 mins in line inside for them to not serve one customer in a line of 5 more interested in talking with friends hanging out then doing there job. Will never go here again so unprofessional

This morning when I was driving to work, there was a line so I decided to go in. I waited in line insight for 15 minutes before placing an order with someone who look like they didn’t know what they were doing. Needless to say my order was lost. The guy behind me got his order and I didn’t get mine and when I got it, it was the wrong order. Didn’t even have a napkin for me to blow my nose and The napkin holders in the store or empty

this is absolutely horrible. The floor is dirty. The people will have you sit there waiting in line for five minutes before they even acknowledge you and they cannot make your coffee correctly. I was just in there and I had to have the girl remake my coffee four times and it’s still not good. I don’t know if they’re using bad coffee or what
