If i could give this store a 0 rating i would. I came by for lunch, never came by before and lets just say that will be my last time going to this location. The females working here had beyond a horrible attitude. They not only screwed my order once but twice. Not once did they apologize. They were talking about the customers through the headsets. If you dont like your job QUIT. This visit was around 11:40. Dunkin check your staff cause this location is awful.

I just got a cappuccino and a latte from there and they were both cold, burnt and half full… I keep trying to give this Dunkin’ Donuts a chance, but every time I go, unfortunately, they disappoint me.

Mediocre at best. Never get a coffee right have to go back in at least once everytime to have them correct their mistake. How hard is it to make a med ice caramel 4+4? Apparently it's impossible bc no Dunkin ever gets it right 1st shot. Ask any1 that goes to Dunkin... EVERY1 HAS A BAD EXPERIENCE AT EVERY LOCATION.

The best dunkin' in Johnston!! I come atleast three times a week and the staff are always so friendly and remember me. My drinks and food always come out correct and taste amazing.

Great service, friendly staff inside and on the drive thru. I come here frequently and they've never messed up an order once. 3/5 for atmosphere because there is always something weird going on with the people sitting down to eat lol
