Stop being lazy! Even when you ask for the cream cheese on the bagel it still comes on the side. Can’t add cheese when you’re driving

Come in the mornings for a bagel with cream cheese on it IF I AM PAYING YOU $5 for my sandwich why are you going to fight with me when I come in and ask you to put the cream cheese on it!!!! If i wanted it on the side I would have asked for it on the side!!! If you don’t like your job and don’t want to do it QUIT!!!!!

The traffic caused by the slow idiots who work here is RIDICULOUS! The manager is a douchebag. We drive 5 miles out of our way to route44 and it's still faster!!! Also, this location is ALWAYS out of what you want. Personally wish this location would burn to the ground!

I don't believe "atmosphere " changes much from one Dunkin to another and tbh, I mostly do drive thru. I still give them 5 stars in that category because they are pleasant and accommodating beyond what they got rated for under service.

The manger at this dunkin who was a young girl was absolutely awful and should be demoted to washing the dishes and scrubbing the floors she was an idiot i ordered a simple plain bagel with butter and got a awful bagel with a bottle of cream cheese on it i had to go all the way back from my house and simply asked for a refund for the bagel and my coffee that got warm and she wouldn’t let me get both made me chose between both instead of arguing more i chose the refund and left with no food she made me another coffee and only let me keep it because she made it already i threw it in the trash infront of her because i wanted a bagel with it. i went to the 39A putnam pike johnston ri dunkin and a real manger named Gina who had a brain helped me with no questions asked she is a real true example of a manager. whoever made the bagel is also a idiot and should be washing the toilets.

As a travel/hotel/resort/hospitality critic I look at the whole picture, from the outward appearance of the business to the inside operations that make it run. At this time employee appearance is 8/10. Name tags must be easily visible to customers, not worn on the sides of hats. Inside service is 8/10. Sometimes it takes employees a few minutes to see customers at counter. This could occur because of busier drive through service. Very seldom an order is made inaccurately. Drive through service 9/10, orders are rarely inaccurate. Food quality 8/10, temperature and taste are consistent and texture is rarely undesirable. Ambiance of the restaurant 8/10, tables, chairs, and floor are rarely unclean. Counter could be cleaned more often. Outside area around the business 8/10, trash is rarely seen on the ground. Employee comments: All employees are consistent in greeting and serving customers. There are three afternoon and evening employees who provide exceptional hospitality, Diana, Ayla, and Tony. Quality of beverages 8/10, coffees and other beverages are rarely made inaccurately, but they should all be stirred by the employees to ensure consistent mixing and taste. The business should be consistent with its hours for opening and closing dining room and drive through. Overall hospitality rating for this business is 8/10.

To update my review, I will explain the 9/10 service rating. The employees are all friendly and welcoming. In the late afternoon or evening Diana is the one to look for if she is serving you because I rate her as the most friendly and understanding employee. Michelle and the other afternoon and evening girls and guys are great but I do not know their names. The one issue that makes service 9/10 is sometimes it takes employees longer to notice customers at the counter. This could be because the restaurant is busy but it's worth the little extra wait.

The manager Joe said we were problem customers when I asked for 8 mochas that I paid for be put in my drink. I told him my medium ice coffee taste like water and he said that's the way you ordered it ? Since when do ppl say I want my coffee to taste like water . I've had several occasions where they never returned my credit card to me and had to return to get it when I got out of work that night great customer service huh. Well by looks and sounds of the manager no wonder the staff are all running around looking as they have no idea what they are doing . The manager said I was not classy for asking him to re make my coffee in a store full of ppl which made other customers even look at him as if what I'd be talking about . Not once I have ever been anything but nice to this gentleman but I will not return to this location until you have management and staffed trained appropriately. The drive through girl looks as tho she needs to find another job as you barely get a your welcome thank you from her. And the other employees just sit around talking to each other with lines out the door. I spent my money there everyday but they now will never get a penny . The employees and manager are rude and unprofessionally trained. Would love my money back for my coffees since they still tasted like crap after the remake .

this use to be my favorite Dunkin in Johnston but today after the manger "Joe" was so rude and Disrespectful to me and my wife loud loud enough the coworkers and the whole store full of customers I've nvr one had any issues b4 today 11/11/22 they made mine and my wife's coffee wrong my wife asked Joe nicely if he cold remake them nice and easy fix Joe started being disrespectful to my wife to when I asked em what's goin in he then started being so rude I'll nvr go there again cuz Joe the lil manger wants to embarrass me and be disrespectful to my wife I go a few times a day but Joe just lost me an my wife as customers and I will be tellin my friends and family who go there to also not go to that one anymore that place has gone done I've noticed there was no reason for Joe to run his mouth to his works or in front of a store full of customers that is very unprofessional of a manager to disrespect to customers over a simple fix he was so disrespectful that's not the way you run a business being rude and disrespectful to customers is a way to lose business
