This location opens at 4am. Around 4:30 I get there every day before work to get my coffee and twice I have been turned away in the drive-thru when they say they are closed or still counting the register. Not good.

There’s some miserable old lady that works there who seems to have an attitude no matter if it’s busy or if there’s absolutely nobody there. Maybe she should quit and this Dunkin wouldn’t be so bad but it’s awful can’t even make a coffee

Probably the worst dunkin i’ve been to in my life. They never fail to disappoint each time. The entrance and exit is insanely complex and very frustrating. The quality of the food and drinks constantly are terrible. The employees never listen to instructions. I’ve never left a review for a place in my life but this dunkin is absolutely horrific and they need to fix these issues.

I don’t know what has happened but this is not FAST service anymore. It takes over 25 minutes to get an iced coffee in the drive through and 10 minutes to get a coffee I ordered at home to pick up in the store. Please send help!

Waited over 15 mins for hash browns and bites. Don’t come here on the weekend if you’re tight on time. This was around 7 am on a Saturday morning

And my order was wrong to boot

As someone who has worked at Dunkin, they have horrible customer service and are very slow. I used to go to this Dunkin all the time but then they went under new management. They fired most the old workers and got all slow new workers. I know for a fact that for their timers used to be in 1st or 2nd place for their speed. now they all walk like snails and I know for sure that timer is in the red. for that to be a training store is very disappointing. A lot of the people don’t seem like they know what they’re doing, nothing is organized, and it doesn’t seem like anyone has a specific assigned station.

Worst Dunkin I ever went too staff have an awful attitude, they always mess up the order and there always so slow making the food once had to wait 8 mins just for an ice coffee and I was the only one in the store

I didn't know what bagel minis are, but it's what my daughter asked for, so on my way home I stopped and ordered some through the drive-thru. I received a bag of something that resembled miniature bagels so I assumed those were it. When I got home though, my daughter was saddened to find that I received omelette bites instead. I tried calling the number provided on dunkin's website since this was not the closest one to my house and I just happened to stop at it on my way home. I didn't want to go all the way back. The phone number provided however went to a voicemail box that was full. This happened several times. It's disappointing that I placed a simple order and received the wrong thing and then when I tried to call and remedy the situation, that too did not function properly. This was a very disappointing transaction and I will be avoiding this Dunkin in the future
