Horrible service horrible atmosphere in stale food if you want Dunkin go somewhere else this is not worth your money horrible workers they need training and customer service and they need to learn how to treat their customers and get orders right I was witnessing a man getting screamed at and cursed at because his order was wrong and their timer went off so they were going to get in trouble from the manager don't bring your family don't bring yourself don't bring your kids here horrible service horrible workers don't come one star.

Always absolute garbage service. One employee was smoking weed in his car-- he was sauntering in, so I held the door open and he just stared at me with a snarky look. I hold the second door, he just stares at me, makes zero effort to hold the door. The woman at the counter stormed over with an irritated look on her face and just stares at me, says nothing. I placed my order and she barely mumbled the price, so I didn't give her enough money. She goes, I SAID (price). I had to put my hands over my face and take a deep breath so I didn't absolutely lose my mind on these people. I try to avoid this location because they're usually always terrible, but they're close to work so once in a while I go out of convenience. Not worth it.

Worst dunkin iv ever been to. The staff cant be bothered they give u half cooked food thats clearly stale from sitting out for hours my sausage egg n cheese was inedible i literally couldnt bite one half cuz was so stale n the other side of the bagel seemed to be raw ruvbery from sitting out n never toasted at all the egg was cold sausage barly warm n cheese unmelted. To top it all of they made it upside down, you could not make a worse syasage egg and cheese and this is the third time iv eaten there this year and everytime its nearly as bad. Also Everytime my wife gets refreshers at this specific dunkin it tastes like soapy water. Absolutely disgusting. Whoever served me 15 mins ago you are the worst dunkin donuts employee of all time i assure you the efforts your making to make the food here even worse then it is on average already is certainly working.

Constantly give Refreshers that taste like you put literal chemicals in it. No other dunkin tastes like that. And has given my husband on more than one occasion a HALF FROZEN sandwich. And when we try calling? Straight to voicemail, AND the voicemail box is FULL. Really tells you a lot about this place.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is consistently bad, the service 9 times out of 10 isn’t good, majority of the time my order is wrong, or the food is just bad or they don’t give me utensils for food that I can’t eat without utensils, and napkins? Forget it. The other day my boyfriend ordered a breakfast sandwich, it was room temp and the egg felt like it had just come out of a fridge. Today I went and got an everything bagel and it was charred to a crisp. I tried but couldn’t eat it, it was disgusting. It’s extremely frustrating spending my money on stuff I can’t even eat. The only reason I come here is because it on the way from my house, but at this point I’m willing to go out of my way just to avoid ever coming here again.

Very rude server! Wouldn’t give exact change saying Dunkin doesn’t have pennies. No signs stating this fact. Immediately goes on to her phone. Even if what she says is true as customer service there are better ways to handle this than being outright rude!

This has been my go to Dunkin for years. Service and quality has fallen off tremendously. Coffee is bitter, and when ordering ahead, I’m still waiting 5-10m. There’s one crew Saturday mornings that are usually perfect. Other than that, service will be shit. Willing to make the drive to Smithfield just for coffee. So displeased with this Dunkin
Went in today and tried to order but the only counter server was too busy stocking shelves and ignoring the customers. Took a very long time to get drinks since she kept leaving to get stuff to stock… customers should be first before that.

So, this morning, I decided to grab an Iced Latte and two donuts from this place. I was expecting a delicious treat, but unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. The coffee was okay, and the service was decent, but the donuts were a total letdown. I mean, come on, a glaze donut should be a glazed donut, right? And the jelly had barely any sugar on it. It’s pretty bad when even the donuts are making me give them this kind of review.
