Horrible experience.. Went in there and stood at the corner, and I couldn't get any acknowledgment from the five or six people working. I waited a few minutes and then I left.. The place was a mess.Everyone was dressed sloppy.. Complete $hitshow.

My mom sent me in to grab a water and I stood at the counter and nobody even looked at me to take my order, After 4 minutes I left. There was nobody else in line and they didn't even look at me to take my order, horrible service. Would not recommend this Dunkin donuts for anyone.

CHECK YOUR ICE!! Found metal in my iced coffee today, went back to the store, They told me it must of fell in the ice bin from the ice bag because the ice is being delivered and to come back tomorrow to speak to the manager.đ¤Śđ˝ââď¸ This is a huge safety concern and health hazard.

I come here because itâs convenient but itâs a 50-50. Sometimes they make your coffee great otherwise itâs like they donât care. Also when your customer asked for decaf, itâs because they either canât take caffeine or theyâre pregnant. So please follow the instructions when someone asked for decaf instead of just giving them caffeinated coffee either way.

I went there today to pick up a mobile order. I gave my name at the speaker. The girl at the speaker than says âwhat kind of name is Tamako.â I get to the window and the girl was too ashamed to come over and had another coworker hand me the food. He said âsorry about that she should have turned her speaker offâ Seriously! No she shouldnât have said that at all!! He said her name was Aubrey. Sorry Aubrey that the name my mother, that passed in 2022, gave me is not to your liking! Iâve posted in the Smithfield fb page and all my personal pages to let everyone I know in the Smithfield/Johnston area to not order from your restaurant. If this is how your employees think itâs ok to treat people then you donât deserve our business.

Went in to order. Green tea. The lady behind the counter was rude. Made my drinks twice bith wrong. She wasn't paying attention. They gave me the last of the tea which was gross and not tea. They said they can't do a refund unless the manager is there. I think they need to change that. Told me to come back Tuesday to speak to the manager. So I had to leave with a drink that wasn't made correctly. Very poor service.
