So i went to the dunkin on 602 killingly street bagel toasted with butter the most simple order you could ask for i go all the way home to find out not only was my order wrong the bagel was awful and they put a whole bottle of cream cheese on it i go all the way back show them what i received all i asked for was the 5 dollars back and a new bagel and coffee because it was getting warm. i didn’t ask for the other 11$ worth of stuff i ordered and the manger who was a dumb young...

They've only messed up my order a couple times but the witch at the drive through is absolutely the most horrid miserable person I've ever had to interact with. She is one of the few who will genuinely ruin a good day just by talking to her. She is the same every time without change. I can't put into words how awful this woman IS UPDATE JULY 22: The wicked witch of the window is GONE and I can give this dunkin the 5 stars it deserves.
