“I've loved Matilda's for years, and I'm always so excited when they turn up at an event I'm attending. So it was a no brainer for me to book them for my wedding. I cannot recommend them enough! The empanadas are delicious, with so many different ones to choose from! They are punctual, and kind, and their prices are beyond reasonable. They really helped to make our day special and our guests continue to rave about them. Beyond their great food, Tony and Darlene are valuable members of the community and I'm always so grateful for an opportunity to partner with them.“

“This food trailer is hands down my new favorite. The Guate burger is the best thins in my opinion, however nothing I’ve tried from the galley has been bad! The food is fresh and flavorful and the owners are super nice. I recommend it 100%. You can take your food and eat it nice and hot freshly cooked inside the cute little bar right next to it. “I placed my first order through GrubHub, but can't find a link there to leave a review. The burrito wrap was huge, probably two pounds of good food. I also ordered the 12 piece wings only but got 6 wings and fries. Both the wings and fries were good, but I want more wings ?. Not a big deal because now I know the fries are good! ?
