If you haven't visited this deli yet then you need to, I have always driven past this spot and had said maybe next time, or I just had lunch or any other excuse. Im glad I finally did and have to say that it was definitely worth the wait and the sandwich was delicious. I ended up getting the marinated pork with rabe and the bread was on point, it had a good crisp and it was good. They had many other delicious food items, daily specials and other tasty homemade food items....
Great sandwiches and prepared foods. Chicken cutlets and eggplant are incredible. The ladys are always happy and friendly. Great spot as well as adjoining The original Italian bakery you can kill two birds with one stone.lol.
The BEST....#1...Greatest Eggplant Sandwich I have ever had!!! Maybe the best sandwich I've had.Got "The Don Vito" ($10.25 w/ tax) and it was just not fair. It was big, the bread was amazing, stuffed to the max with eggplant, super tasty and affordable. You don't see this overall value much anymore, especially since COVID started. This would cost $14 minimum anywhere else.Very friendly and quick service.Must try!!!
