I usually have a good experience when I come here but today the woman making the grinders was rude when I asked for 2 -2 for 2's. She she can't do that because she' be there all day. Lol. I'm okay with paying full price for the 2nd part of the order and I did. Lol. I still ordered another giant sandwich plus the 2 for 2 sandwiches. Even the guy that was next to her made a face because he realized she was being rude too. So she had to make the sandwiches regardless of how I was charged. That was silly for her to respond the way she did to me and she is at work ... so yes... she is there to work. lol

Was using a coupon that was from Jersey mikes directly and had this location and still did not expire. Showed proof of legitimacy for the bogo and was told I can’t use it ended up having to pay fully.

Rude. When there are only two customers and two incompetent employees. One chatting with a customer forever and the other doesn’t even know how to make a BLT. Finally my sandwich is almost finished and she runs to take a phone call! Unprofessional

I don't often come here to get my Jersey mike's, the crew is always welcoming and ask what I want to order. My order is a turkey club lite lettuce, Xtra onion, tomato, mayo, pickles and Xtra bacon. What ends up happening is to much lettuce and just a few onions. I usually have to remind them no juice and put Xtra bacon which I'm happy to pay the Xtra for, its always crispy so gimme more lol. Don't get me wrong the crew is awesome but sometimes I have to remind them less lettuce more onions. 👍👍👍👍👍

Service is terrible. Went in and wanted a turkey provolone sandwich. He ended making it a bowl. Told him I wanted the sandwich. He took the bowl and tossed it in the back, and went on serving other customers. The rest of the staff ignored me. Left and went somewhere else to eat.

Awful customer service on Sunday!!! My order too forever. Staff not friendly and my order was wrong. This absolutely the worse customer service and location!
Every time I get a sub from here, it’s GUARANTEED Fantastick! I LOVE the steak with the rosemary bread it’s DELICIOUS!!! Thank you

I don't know if ownership changed or employees are just not the same but I walked in and they were hanging out in the back dancing to music while there were 4 customers waiting to be served. Once they did come out one employee had a real attitude problem. She had glasses was younger and was acting harshly towards the patrons. This establishment has 2 for 2 Tuesdays and I watched her try to scam the customer ahead of me by charging them for 2 giants instead of the 4 regulars to avoid the discount. Then she told them we make the sandwiches different for the discount deal. Not a good look. Once walking out everyone was talking about how this place has gone down hill and won't return. Truly sad to see.
