The staff here are awesome! On the rare occasion that there’s an issue with my order, the manager always makes it right. He seriously goes above and beyond to ensure you walk away happy.

The service is excellent! The younger crew there are doing a great job with customer service. The only advice is to put more "love" into making the sandwiches. The flavor is of course good but my sandwich is always sloppy, the meat and toppings are not evenly distributed. If you guys work on that you'd be a 5/5 establishment because you're great with the customers.

Today I went to Jersey Mike's and it was a long time since I've been there because the staff that was working there before was unprofessional and had lack of work ethic. Today I seen a whole new change the staff working there now was very professional and took pride in making my sandwich. The new staff was just great in communication and excellent customer service.
