The food is exceptional, creative, and fresh! The coffee is high quality. Employees go above and beyond to provide amazing customer service. If you haven't thought to ask for a "pup-cup" for your dog, I highly recommend grabbing one while you're grabbing some breakfast or lunch! They prepare the cutest pup-cups I've ever seen; my puppy literally loves it and he gets excited the second we pull into the wicked convenient drive-thru. I recommend Latte Love to everyone, sincerely.

I used to come here frequently when I worked in providence as it was only a 10 minute drive. I love everything about it here! The atmosphere, friendly staff, and the coffee is amazing. I love that the flavors are brewed into the beans so you're not drinking tons of syrup! The cold foam is also amazing! Love the sandwiches too!

I love this place! My go to is a medium dirty chocolate chai with a double shot of espresso. So freaking yum. The staff is so nice and the store is clean and cozy. My boyfriend says the caramel macchiato was the best one he’s had. ❤️

1st timer, I had the "French Connection" a large bacon, egg and cheese croissant sandwich with a delicious fig spread (comes with Canadian bacon, you can get it either way) and finally, after a decade, I was able to enjoy a creamy delicious legit iced vanilla chai, I can usually only find that specific kind at Cafe Bon Ami. No one was there when we arrived at 830am, by 9 the line was almost out the door. It's pretty large, plenty of seating and a drive thru. We saw blue collar folks, white collar, city workers, policemen, firemen, every walk of life you can think of. Very creative breakfast and lunch sandwiches at VERY reasonable prices. My oversize BEC croissant and a large chai ran me $12.

I am honestly surprised by the experience I had today. I started going to this place for my morning coffee about a week ago and so far it was okay. Then, this morning I pull up to the window and the girl at the window repeats the wrong order to me then slams the window shut in my face as I was talking to explain that's not my order. Then they bring me out the right order and its a medium coffee instead of a large. I explain that I ordered a large and then I watch them just pour my medium coffee into a large cup and hand it back to me.. horrible. i'd suggest staying away if this is the type of experience their rude employees will give.
Edit: they reply and try to discredit my review. Why not look at your own staff internally and check why their scamming me out of coffee instead of pretending like my review was fake? I never said there was an altercation. The drive thru worker got my order wrong and shut the window in my face. I never said it was an act of an altercation or aggression. It was just rude.. And my coffee was 100% poured into a large sized cup. i'll continue to go elsewhere as others should.

Latte Love always feels like a solid choice. The food is fresh and hot, the drinks are very consistent, and the service is great. I’m not a huge fan of their baked goods but it’s not a bakery so I don’t hold it against them. The drive through is a great option. It can get really busy but usually moves pretty quick. Also, the prices still feel reasonable compared to a lot of places.

I’m pretty sure their dirty chai latte was so good that I briefly ascended into heaven. Literally one of the best drinks I’ve had in a while. I also got a cranberry muffin and it was delicious. Extremely sweet staff, the drive through is a lifesaver, and their service was excellent. New favorite spot!
Parking: Pretty big parking lot as well as a drive-through so you don’t have to find parking if it’s packed

Great coffee shop with a decent amount of food offerings too. I've gotten some coffee drinks and hot chocolate. My niece got avocado toast too, she thought it needed more avocado and less crushed red pepper. There was no GF food as far as I could tell . But the drinks are great, so I'll be back.
