Our lunch last weekend was wonderful! We had a party of 6 and everyone was quite impressed with quality of food, friendly service and comraderie. The zachos (? spelling) (appetizer) was excellent! The Italian grinder - by far the best in RI! The Almafi Coast filet of sole (healthy dish) was outstanding! The flavors blended nicely! The dining room was beautifully decorated for Christmas, the ambiance wonderful! Our server was experienced and knowledgeable with a great sense of humor. We will definitely return as regular customers!
Before leaving the restaurant, we stopped at the deli and bought chicken escarole soup, and dessert to take home! Delightful!

Just came back from a great dinner here! Food was delicious, they let us bring our own cake in for a birthday. Victor was our server and he was such a fun server!

I am a locksmith who worked around the corner, which now is a subway, 25 years ago.
How is it the food is just as good as it was then that it is now?
I ordered the same chicken and rice and it’s like they didn’t skip a beat. Good job!

Well realized I was overcharged after I got home. Got the salad in express side. Never happened before but the feta on salad going bad. Stood there for atleast 10 minutes with no one else there before someone decided to help me.

I called ahead yesterday to have a pick order placed for pizza chips. I was told they could not pre-order but to call the next day and they will hold how many I need. I called back today as instructed and was told they could not hold any aside. When driving a distance to get something I don't want to chance it to see if you have an item available or not. I have never had any issues in the past calling in and setting items aside. Even with a holiday it shouldn't vary how your patrons are taken care of.

Great place, we've eaten there a few times. Amazing food ... While we were eating I noticed they do a brisk business with takeout catering ... Wish I lived closer to take advantage.

I had my Aunt’s coalition after her funeral at Luigis. Everyone was very friendly and polite, the food was fresh and delicious, and the room was fantastic. It couldn’t have gone any better. Thank you Amy and staff, you were awesome. Would definitely use Luigi’s again!!!!

We called at the last minute during lunch rush for a party of 16 after a family funeral. Luigi’s was so accommodating for our family and allowed us to take our time arriving at different times delaying ordering and staying way longer to have needed family time. The food was absolutely amazing. We took desert home because they looked amazing but we were too full. Jaimie helped us out at the take out counter. That was our dinner Wednesday night and it was delicioza! Luigi’s family definitely helped make our sad family day a bit easier on Wednesday and we are very grateful. We will always be back!

As a board member for a local organization, we held our annual dinner here for the 2nd year in a row. Everyone thought the food was great! The staff was great from setting up our event to putting out the food and serving drinks. Richard and Jacob provided excellent service throughout the evening! Due to the setup of the room, and the proximity to the main restaurant, it was a bit hard to hear the speeches as no microphones were permitted. Overall an excellent experience and we'll be back for future events!

I haven't been to Luigi's in many years, and now I remember why. A group of 10 of us went to Luigi's on Saturday night. Service was OK at best; we sensed a little attitude from the waitress at times. I ordered Italian dressing for my salad and when the waitress put it in front of me, she says, Balsamic. I say, "I ordered Italian." She says, "Balsamic is our house Italian." What? No, they're two different dressings and if this is the case w/ them, she should have clarified when I ordered Italian. I ordered the veal parmesan and this was by far,the worst sauce I have ever had in my life! Taste resembled Chef Boyardee; and there was no seasoning. Several people at our table ordered the Gnocchi and no one really liked it too much. The calamari was OK; not the best I've had. The best thing about this place, was the Tiramisu cake we had for my brother in laws birthday. The coffee that we had w/ the cake, was lukewarm at best. I will not be back.
