You need to have a personality class. The kids don't smile, say hi, thank you, have a nice day. I buy my elderly mom a fish sandwich once a week and today, the fish was barely on the bun.

Ordered 2 big mac meals on kiosk. Came to almost $24. Then I look at the window and see a sign that says i can get 2 big macs for $6 but that wasn't on the kiosk. Manager cant do anything and says sorry that isn't on the kiosk. We'll screw u too.

Order is always wrong ask for hot coffee get iced, half of them walk around and do nothing it’s ridiculous supposed to be fast food not wait an hour and everything be messed up

Sorry to have to give less than 4 stars 🥺 for some reason they just cannot seem to get the order right. Double cheeseburger onion only... How hard is that? It ends up being something like double cheeseburger no onions 🤷🏻♀️ There were several other incidents overs the past few months and the manager is usually very good about making things right. Except for one woman mgr. She gave me a hard time because I went back twice. I even brought the food in, it's not like it was getting eaten and my husband and I wanted more... that's why I only gave 3 stars for service. More recently though, the young woman mgr. was just wonderful. She totally understood my side of things and replaced the food for what was actually a third time. I've wasted so much car fuel going back and forth and she even compensated me for that. I'd give her 5 stars for her customer service for sure. It's the closest one to my house so I'll most likely go back unless I'm in a different area doing my errands.

I stopped at mcdonalds on Atwood Ave is grabbed the new angel Reese meal at the kiosk inside I MADE sure I went in and put NO ONIONS!! MY HUSBAND IS HIGHLY ALLERGIC!!!!! As I completed my order and walked over to the counter and spoke with a team member just asking to make sure that the meal had no onions!!! The team member assured me it would have no onions ( positive additude👍) About 3 mins later my order was ready the same team member re assured me for the 2nd time that the meal had no onions.👍👍 I drive all the way home and I hand my husband his meal and I happened to to look over and see a onion's on the side of his sandwich?????? I grab my reciept thinking maybe I messed up at the kiosk??? Nope I look at it like this i understand food chains are very fast pace and some customer's can really push bottons. At the time of my visit there was only one other costumer sitting in the dining room. ITS COMPLETE CARLESSNESS. I TOOK THE TIME TO MAKE SURE I PUT NO ONIONS!!!! ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS READ THE MEAL TICKET!!! NOT TO MNTION THE TEAM MEMBER I SPOKE WITH DAID IT OUT LOUD 2X TO THE COOKS🤬🤬🤬🤬 TAKE THE MIN TO CHECK THE ORDER!!!!!! WHAT IF I NEVER SEEN IT ON THE SANDWICH ?? JUST DOUBLE CHECK THE ORDERS ...MAKES FOR A MUCH BETTER CUSTUMER EXPERIENCE!!!!

My app wasn't working at the McDonald's on Plainfield Pike Cranston....so I said well I'll go to Atwood Ave. McDonald's, same problem with the app....so I spoke to the girl at the drive thru....she was so rude 😤 cut me off short....Mc Donald's seems to have an issue with rude customer service.....I can spend my money somewhere else... So I just left and went to Burger King I got a great deal, nice customer service and I won't be buying Mc Donald's at those two stores again 😃
The workers here have a bad attitude every time I order here I have a bad experience it’s sad that I live close by and I have to travel to Cranston for my stuff I have manged fast food for years I would have never put up with the disrespect of the staff sad don’t go here go to Cranston

It's really not a bad place. Foods decent but have had my order messed up a time or two. Drive thru is usually running at a decent pace as well. Staff are friendly, at least from what I have seen.
