I order food from this McDonald restaurant and they couldn’t hear me. And when I gotten my food their fires were over cooked, so I’d to eat hard fries that I was making a face just to chew the food.

Ordered 2 hamburgers. 1 was a cheeseburger not a hamburger. I’m assuming that your employees don’t listen? The second issue is I’m assuming that you guys leave your food to get cold then just microwave the food and give it to the customers? Not happy with what I got in my order.

November 24th 10:50pm: I had gone to the drive thru, spent 5 minutes trying to order a Cheeseburger, a frappe, and an ice cream because they had someone who spoke no English taking orders. Got up to the window after paying. 1 item was missing from the order and one was wrong. The manager refused to fix the issue and had an attitude.

Waited for 30 mins to get ignored and still get the wrong meal, the manager ignored me then finally came over and then proceeded to give me wrong item again, poor staff nobody helps the people ordering inside

Nobody reads these for places like this. But i just had the worse quarter pounder in my life. I asked for no salt. I think they added extra salt. Made me wait 5 nins extra after drive through to get it. I don't care if they paid these people 50 an hour, they would still make the food taste like trash. Won't be returning. And definitely far from my first bad experience at this location

It would be really nice if this McDonald's could hire people who speak English. This is johnston not providence. When I ask a question and I have to go through 2-3 people to get a answer because they don't speak English. It's ridiculous. Same with Market Basket. All you 2 businesses do I'd hire Spanish
