My first time there food was great our server Andrew was very attentive and personable I can’t try the new one opening near the airport on post road. Definitely recommend it

One of my favorite places to eat. The food is amazing. The sauce is some of the best and the homemade pasta is unmatched. Chicken parm is my go to and my favorite. Its my Italian wifes favorite place to go. The staff is over the top friendly, attentive, and actually funny and genuine. The Coventry locations service is always slow possibly from today's staffing problems, although I really like the ambiance there. You will not be disappointed with Pat's.

Waited too long before anyone noticed me. Hard to believe. Fresh iut of VA Prov ER I stopped to pockup RXs, nightmare. But resolved. I called, stopped. Walked in, sloowly with a cane. Instead of easy swift transaction while I sat, I was told 'walk this way'. I walked slowly with my cane. All the way round the Bar!? Slowly. While the bleary eyed early evening meh crowd, stared at me as I tried to make a QUICK exit, into the saftey of the Night. Good Soup, but I'll make it at HOME. Sorry Pat

We ordered family size dinner the other day of chicken parm and needless to say the chicken was good but the pasta tasted really old and very unflavored. The pasta was definitely old. The marinara or whatever type of sauce they use was not good, at all! It even had a bad smell to it.

We just left Pat’s Italian in Johnston after having a nice meal. My blood pressure is through the roof after waiting 20 minutes to pay the bill. I have three suggestions for Brian. Hire some help. Add mobile pay at the tables. Shut down the nights that you’re able to staff the restaurant properly. We sat right next to the door and watched three groups walk out after they figured out the edit wasn’t worth it.

I’ll admit they have good food. But every time we try and order to go it is a problem. Regardless of time the online ordering system tells you, you can’t place an order because they’re about to close. They close at 9pm its 7:15. The time before we tried at 5:30 and another time around 7pm. When you try to call their phone system automatically dumps you into an automated system that places you on hold and no one ever picks up. This is the 3rd and final strike for us. There are a minimum of 3 other fantastic Italian restaurants within a 1 mile radius of us and Pats. So if they don’t want our business I don’t have to give it to them.

Delicious as always! Our waiter was very nice, attentive and pleasant! I love how he says to put the salt Shaker at end of table when ready, definitely helps you not feel rushed!
