Update: I picked up late night at 10 pm after ordering from work. I was starving and about to cry from hunger. Had it all packed to go when I reached. The servings and meat portions were the best. They added a large portion of buttered bread that I hadn’t expected. Felt like picking up from family ♥️ she is the best!

I called at 11:30 tonight to pick up and they said they were closing and hung up I called back and ask if I can just pick it up because online they say they close at 11 and she yelled at me and said we’re closed and hung the phone up. I don’t know if they changed offer but I been ordering for them for years and I loved the owner

So I ordered from here last night. Usually the food and service are great. However I waited almost 2 hours last night. For some cheese fries an a calzone. I was angry I did not tip because the woman stated it was the driver's fault. So this man decides when he goes back to the restaurant he's going to put his own $6 tip and sign my name. I called the restaurant this morning they are refunding my money. However like I explained to the owner or manager it's the principle of the matter that your drivers are signing people's names and taking a tip without permission. That's credit card fraud he's doing that to me he's doing it to others. He should be fired immediately. Will not eat there and order no more
Very disappointing. Ordered a large roasted pepper grinder...still looking for the roasted peppers. I think i found 3 slivers. Cheese melted into the bread and not able to taste it as there is so little of it. But!! I got an ENTIRE onion! Abd NO VINEGAR. About to try tge pizza, but no anticipating anything worth writing about. Looks flat, like old dough. Oh well, many other establishments in Westerly to try. Update: pizza was actually pretty good. I would get pizza again....but NO SANDWICHES!

Food is sub par, place is dirty. The man working at 3:45 today was extremely rude, assuming he doesn’t do well under pressure.. the pressure being me and the one other customer that were in there lol. Needs better management and customer service skills. Bland, dirty, and rude

Staff is never at front counter/ignores customers. Had to ask employees in kitchen about my orders and when I finally did get someone’s attention they were rude. I asked for a marker so I could determine which order was which and he slams a marker on top of one of my orders. I work in food and this would never be tolerated. This is not my first bad experience here delivering/order for myself. I live nearby and the food is nothing to be excited about. Don’t bother.
