Picked up take out last night from the Johnston location. Found long hairs tangled in with the rice. Will never eat there again.

Got take out. Chicken teriyaki. Rice wasn't properly steamed, chicken was very tough and not really teriyaki flavored. Online ordering was simple and staff was friendly, but food wasn't good.
Called for takeout when I was 5 minutes away , pulled up the food was already done so obviously not freshly made probably put it in the microwave, drove to east providence to where i was going and went to go eat it, the rice smelled horrible so threw the plate in the trash waste of $13 ?

I have ordered a sweet and sour chicken combo they messed up and gave me general tso chicken instead called them they said they’ll fix it and not charge me for it very disrespectful people there I just got off the phone with them with them and they said I won’t be getting my food for free for their mix up when I tried to order something else from them never again will I be doing business with them

Very nice! As a actual Asian from Hong kong, I can confirm that this was 100% authentic! The owner was amazing! She fulfilled our every request, including helping us make a local dish that wasn’t on the menu just for us!

I ordered lunch from Red Ginger at the suggestion of someone who has ordered there before. Both meals were a great disappointment.I am 78yrs. old and have been cooking for 60yrs. The chicken did not look or taste like chicken and the rest of the food was not fresh and tasted and looked like leftover,reheated food. I paid $31.00 for food with $10.00tip for delivery.(A waste of my money!!!!!)
