I love, love, love Rosa Mia! Since I was a child I’ve been coming here! The food is fantastic! The service is outstanding! The atmosphere is charming and makes you feel like you’re right in Italy! I have an issue what is stated in their menu. It states "all prices include 8% RI sales tax" RI only has a 7% sales tax for restaurants. What is the extra 1% for? Why would you put in print 8% ? When it only 7% ? Please explain.
