The girl on drive thru when I went at night time was rude! Next time I’ll get her name. On top didn’t scan for my points too! So much for customer service! Sorry not sorry! Can’t be nice then don’t expect nice customers either! I’m sure jobs require great customer service upon hiring someone. Because mine sure does.

Worst experience ever and whoever is on drive thru right now needs to be taken off and fired!! She does not deserve to work with people acting like that. Had an attitude about my mobile order and the amount of time between ordering and pulling up (10 minutes wasn’t enough apparently, although I’ve never been reprimanded about placing an order before, I asked her to remake to which she said well that’s what you ordered.) all that makeup just to have an ugly attitude is sad. I called and the lady was nice but just to make sure it gets addressed.

The girl serving the drive thru on 11/8/24 at 3:30pm was extremely rude, serving my over priced $5.38 Americano. Tried to call and talk to manager and no one answers the phone at this location. Definitely won’t return.

Why this location hot or ice coffee ☕️ taste different maybe using non filter sink water …omg please review the water sources… 🤮🤮🤮 …tasting and smelling like Dunkin’ Donuts …no genuine aroma taste or smell in the atmosphere etc horrible please double check you water sources and supply etc

It's always a pleasure coming to this Starbucks, friendly staff and stuff made right. Sometimes it does get busy and there is a wait but usually not that bad.

Inconsistent Coffee Experience at Starbucks Johnston
I'm writing this review as a disappointed customer who has experienced inconsistent coffee quality at the Starbucks location in Johnston. Despite being a loyal customer, I've noticed that my coffee tastes different every time I visit this store. The flavor profile varies significantly, and it's not just a matter of personal taste. Sometimes it's too bitter, other times too weak, and occasionally, it's just right. However, the inconsistency is frustrating, especially when I'm paying $7 for a cup of coffee.
I've had to request remakes several times, which is inconvenient and wastes valuable time. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the frequency of inconsistent brews at this location is alarming. I hope the store management takes my feedback seriously and takes necessary steps to improve their quality control.
Until then, I'll be exploring other coffee options in the area. If you're a coffee lover like me, you might want to consider doing the same.

Customers pay a 'premium' for coffee & frap, so we expect 'premium care' (at least I do) in how it's made to my exact request. HOWEVER some of the times they don't come out right and im tired of asking for them to be remade. I feel awkward. BUT I'm PAYING GOOD MONEY for these ! Another thing that is troubling, I get 'stuck' in the drive thru sometimes because they don't have certain stuff to make the Fraps I ask for an I'm not just going to select something else so i end up waiting considerable time to get out. because of that i usually walk in. I used to go literally everyday but that expense became too much, for the 'sometimes haphazard items given'. I'm not totally complaining here but there are ongoing issues, that shouldn't be for the prices of stuff we all pay

The Asian chick at this location is just the sweetest. Christa I think is her name. Polite, happy, and helpful. I’m here for work, and under a time crunch; I was stressed, but she just brightened my day a bit. They also offered me a drink that they made for training purposes.
