Ordered ahead on the app and upon arrival there were a couple of orders on the pick up counter. People came and grabbed their orders. There was a hot cup that appeared to have no name on the cup. After approximately five minutes, I asked about my order at which point the employee said she had made that order and picked up the cup on the counter and removed the brown coffee sleeve to reveal the sticker with my name. Kindly asked if the coffee could be warmed up. Seeing it was on the counter for a bit. The “barista” seemed put off and said to give her a minute. I said never mind. The latte wasn’t even that good. No flavor. Save yourself the disappointment and go to Greenville or a locally owned place.

The worst Starbucks I’ve ever visited. Waiting in the drive-through for over 20 minutes then getting to the window and waiting another 5 to 7 minutes for one sandwich. This is the last time I will be visiting. Had to leave before my sandwich was done or was going to be late to my appointment

Made me wait almost an hour for my order.

The drive-through window is just simply too slow. I've routinely waited 20 mins sometimes even 30. Starbucks, please consider restricting window usage to mobile order users or those with restricted mobility.
December 15. Says open but it was not with no notice. Wasted my time aswell as other in the drive thru thinking it was open. Unbelievable and very frustrating
Edit: only reason we found out was someone took it upon themselves to let the other customers know it was closed, thankfully

Once again 1 star review for this joke of a place. I sit in a drive thru for 30 mins only to realize that the store is closed even though there’s no sign or posting of it being closed, absolutely ridiculous! I had to park my car next to the drive through and tell all those poor people pulling up that the place was closed so they wouldn’t waste their day waiting. Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to in my life
Horrible service, got made the wrong drink at the window so then I had to go in and got offered at Tall cause thats what the girl offered me at the register. Then I got handed a short by a older guy with no explanation nothing and he wasnt personable at all. But I got the wrong drink so I should of been given a tall and cause the girl said it.

I ordered online today, I got to the store to pick up my order and the cafe is closed and door is locked. I called the store number and was told to go through the drive thru because they do not have a key to open the front door. This is absolutely inexcusable to have an opening shift without a key to the front door. Someone should’ve run a key over when this first happened instead of locking the door. The drive thru has too many cars and I couldn’t wait I did online store pick up because it usually faster. This was a waste of time for me. The girl on the phone was nice and told me to come back in for a refund but shame on management for not putting something on the app or helping their employees open the store with the correct key.

Went to this location last Tuesday & I have to commend the workers! It was extremely busy and the workers were locked in, of course it would take just a little bit longer than usual for the orders to come out but it was because it was extremely busy (& i believe they were understaffed, which is more of a reason to show grace)!! Anyone who has worked the industry knows how hard these people work! Some customers were being extremely impatient and rude to the workers which really bothered me.. So i’m here to commend the workers and thank them for making our orders rather than complain due to my impatience and ignorance! Kevin and Chrys are the staff members that treated me with extreme kindness and would periodically let me know my order was in the process and almost ready! I told them to not worry and take their time!! These workers are awesome and this location is the best in the 401!

Drinks are a hit or miss depending who you get. Customer service is 90% always terrible. Almost like they aren't getting paid to work.

I’ve been to this location multiple times since moving to the area and I will NOT be back after today. I placed a mobile order and then proceeded to wait an additional 20-minutes inside (yes I timed it due to how long it was taking). Multiple orders came out except mine which was one grande drink. All the while an employee is behind the counter talking to the others about what she wants to make her mom for a drink when she leaves, EATING FOOD WHILE MAKING DRINKS and being overall unproductive. She did not make my drink otherwise there would have been an issue. I was originally early to work hence why I ordered this drink but ended up being late because of the social hour that occurred behind the counter. I’ve worked in food service, I get it but I also get that the customer comes first. This location has never made me feel like I come first. Take the extra 10-minute drive and go to Garden City, it’s worth it trust me.

i’ve had multiple bad experiences here with the employees being rude to me, i am not difficult at all and have high tolerance for rudeness but this location is on another level. my friend and i walked up to the counter and the barista cut me off in the middle of my order dismissing us aside to help another customer behind us. she was rude and unprofessional in her way of doing this - not only the act of doing it itself. i would have happily let the other customer order first, but this girls attitude and how she spoke to my friend and i following this was not okay. we had even apologized to her and said sorry if there was a misunderstanding and she rolled her eyes at us and was dismissive and snappy the rest of the time taking our order. i’m a 24 year old local young professional, i’m not one to leave reviews but considering i come to this starbucks all the time i would expect them to be kinder. i had another bad experience with this locations staff a little while ago where i had to speak directly to management and get me reimbursed via gift card for the way the staff spoke to me. the location is clean and i always enjoy my drinks here but i don’t ever feel comfortable or welcomed by the young staff members with no hospitality. i believe the particular girl who took our order today was named sharilyn, but multiple staff members here have been same way. if they’re being rude to me as their target demographic - i could see this staff being rude to others too!!

Usually have a great experience here, employees are usually friendly and food and coffee is always good. However I had an issue with one employee at the register. I think her name was Sherrlyn but I could not get a good look at her name tag. She was very rude and passive aggressive to me and my friend who had a subtle misunderstanding with another gentleman in line which we sorted out with him separately with no issues. But she was very rude to us and made us feel as though we were the ones being rude for making a mistake. I’m sure if she’s doing this this is us, she’s doing it to other customers.

I ordered a macchiato and ham and cheese crossiant the worst food and coffee I ever had! When I got home the coffee cup collapsed all over my floor! The server kept asking me for a tip!
I will stick with Dunkin Donuts their coffee and coffee cups are so much better and their food is better for less money I was charged $11.00 when DD for the same thing but much better is $8:00 close this place it’s awful !!!
