It’s frustrating that this Starbucks location consistently messes up orders, regardless of whether you order online or in person. I’ve given them a few chances, but each time, I’ve received a completely different order. For instance, when I ordered the new horchata flavor, they gave me something entirely different. To make matters worse, the woman at the window took an eternity to take my order and then hurriedly shoved the coffee to me while closing the window in a rush. My advice is to try a different Starbucks location because this one is simply not worth your time or money.

Overall, the service at this Starbucks location is good—staff are friendly and the store is clean. However, I’ve noticed a recurring issue where my coffee isn’t filled all the way. For the price being paid, it’s frustrating to consistently receive a drink that feels shorted. This has never happened at any other Starbucks location.

The salted caramel cream cold brew honestly needs to come off the menu. Every time I order this, this is how my coffee and cold foam comes out. They are not making the cold foam correctly and because of it, it makes the coffee taste like crap. For a $6 drink I should enjoy every single sip, but instead this will be going down the drain and into the trash. Train your employees how to do this correctly! If you’re too busy don’t accept so many orders. If you can’t hire enough people, don’t open up. Stop taking my money to give me a crap product.

The girl on drive thru when I went at night time was rude! Next time I’ll get her name. On top didn’t scan for my points too! So much for customer service! Sorry not sorry! Can’t be nice then don’t expect nice customers either! I’m sure jobs require great customer service upon hiring someone. Because mine sure does.

Worst experience ever and whoever is on drive thru right now needs to be taken off and fired!! She does not deserve to work with people acting like that. Had an attitude about my mobile order and the amount of time between ordering and pulling up (10 minutes wasn’t enough apparently, although I’ve never been reprimanded about placing an order before, I asked her to remake to which she said well that’s what you ordered.) all that makeup just to have an ugly attitude is sad. I called and the lady was nice but just to make sure it gets addressed.
