I came here months ago and there was a sign up promoting a deal of the day, something about a 6 inch, a chip and drink for 6.99 ALL DAY but when I went to go order it I was told it was only 5pm-8pm. Ummm that’s false advertising. Went back today, wanted chicken salad. There was a sign up saying they had a chicken salad wrap but DIDNT do chicken salad anymore……are you kidding me with the false advertisements?!? And when I said something with a joking tone about changing the signs I was met with attitude lol won’t be going back to this location.

Very poor service. The customer behind us stormed out due to the wait. There was only one customer in front of us. It took about 15 min for the employee to make one sub. I didn’t even order my sub and only ordered one for my daughter since it would have taken too long. Asked for nachos and they couldn’t find the container to hold them. No apology. Asked for cookies but never got them. Really poor service and we usually love Subway.

This place is terrible, I went to place an order and the worker is over at Popeyes , her son said he doesn’t know how to make sandwiches and has no idea when his mother would return. Who runs a business like that . That is messed up!!!
Worker was extremely rude and hostile. Doesn't answer when you speak to her. Had a ghetto attitude. Sandwiches sucked when she made them. Paid for a bag of chips i didn't get. Overall worst subway experience I ever had.
the workers were so rude swearing at kids , the disrespect was absurd . we tried to be respectful but the woman was being so rude . it gets to a point hope she gets fired. after all that we pushed in all the chairs and still! said we are not welcome there no more. mind you we’re just kids. DON’T COME HERE IF YOU DON’T WANT TO BE DISRESPECTED. Thank you!🤦♀️

I recently had an amazing experience at Jasmine's Subway branch. Jasmine assisted me in placing a last-minute catering order with multiple special requests regarding the preparation. The order was executed flawlessly, meeting all my requirements perfectly. I picked up the order on time as I needed to take it to a hospital for a luncheon meeting setup. Everything was prepared just the way I needed it, allowing me to display it for a fun Halloween lunch meeting. The order was prompt, delicious, and stress-free. A special thank you to Jasmine for her exceptional service. I have attached pictures of how I arranged the sandwiches.

Worst experience EVER!! The rudest employee I may have ever encountered works here!! I went into the Atwood Ave, Johnston store at about 6:30pm Wednesday night, October 16 and there was a male and a female working. I proceeded to order a sandwich that has pepperoni and meatballs in it. (The female was very short Light skin brown) She stated there was no pepperoni in stock So I told her just give me the regular meatball sandwich, she didn’t Respond. She then started making some type of sandwich with cold cuts in it. I asked her what she was making, and she said that there was no meatballs left. I then told her I did not want Whatever she was making, and then told me with an attitude “I told you there was no meatballs” When in fact, she originally told me there was no pepperoni in stock. She told me she didn’t care about my sandwich and said “do you want it or not”. I told her I did not want it , said then said “you is wrong” She then told me “from the beginning there was no meatballs and you said you wanted a BMT “. I have in fact NEVER ordered a BMT in my life. When she started to get loud, some fake homeboy that was obviously just hanging out in the store came over to me to try to intimidate me. I told her there was no need for her to be so rude and then she started to swear at me.
I would recommend to never go to the store unless you want to get told what you’re eating and then get disrespected by some 16-year-old Making minimum wage that is mad her mommy is making her work, all while eating next to wannabe 16 year old gangsters just hanging out there.
I then left there and went to Jersey Mike’s and got treated with respect.
It’s absolutely Horrible that management allows this at a store that I have been going to for over 10 years. I will never come back.

The Johnston store on US 5 is top notch. Pre-ordered on the web, it was accurate, on time and super tasty!

This greed needs to end. Now. Today you lost a customer. Forgot to heat the sandwich? No biggie. I accidentally tossed my drink cup, and they insisted I pay for another, and waiting on line, too. Almost $15 wasn't enough for the cold sandwich. Screw this.

I have been to this restaurant 5 times, and they don't have the pretzel, churro or foot long cookie. They are promoting all 3 items on the windows, but they never carry the foods.
So subway says that slice the deli meat fresh no they don't I worked for one and they slice every few days that's why if you go in any subway the deli slicer is spotless we don't slice fresh like jersey mike's does so you want a full sandwich and fresh go to jersey
