I have been to this restaurant 5 times, and they don't have the pretzel, churro or foot long cookie. They are promoting all 3 items on the windows, but they never carry the foods.

So subway says that slice the deli meat fresh no they don't I worked for one and they slice every few days that's why if you go in any subway the deli slicer is spotless we don't slice fresh like jersey mike's does so you want a full sandwich and fresh go to jersey
There was hair in 2 of the sandwiches I ordered. I called and the manager was so rude. Do not go to this location, it’s disgusting.

BEWARE ORDERING ONLINE.I come here all the time. Today I ordered a sandwich online and when I got there they said they never received my order and couldn’t make the sandwich. I showed the employee the subway app with my order that says paid for and showed her the money being taken out of my bank as well. She called the manager and told the manager she saw the app and my bank charge and the manager told her to not make the sandwich that I’m going to have to dispute the charges with my bank. So now I have to take time out of my day to go to my bank to dispute a 6$ sandwich. I’ll never come here again.

Just got a Large Roast Beef Sub. Very skimpy portion size for roast beef. Girl pulled it out of the oven and it didn’t even have enough meat to cover from end to end on one side of the bread. I should be grateful though. The roast beef smelled weird and was clearly beyond fresh. The sandwich maker was very nice and the place was clean

Decent sandwich shop in Johnston. I wanted Jersey Mike's but they were not open at the time. Subway is my backup,
I just left and there was a sister and brother working the counter. She was clearly new and the older brother did absolutely nothing but watch her crash and burn. Now I don't mind waiting if your new but it took almost 25 minutes and then to top it off when the brother actually did "help" and ring me out he charged me 35ish dollars for 2 sandwiches and when I said you overcharged me he confidently said no. They had to get a supervisor (Julia I think) and it took 3 people to figure out that he charged me for 3 sandwiches. Honestly the worst experience I've ever had at subways. Avoiding this place moving forward.

Ordered a platter for a party and had my sister pick it up. Person on the phone told me it was $40.99. My bank statement shows $82 dollars was taken out from subway. I tried to call and go in person and they have been avoiding me.All I need is a refund of my 40 dollars and it is taking 3 days. Communicate with your employees so they know how to charge people for catering.
