My daughter and I both got different flavors soft serves and they both tasted strongly of chemicals like some kind of oil or something from the machine. It was so strong I smelled it before I even tasted the soft serve :( I wanted to go back and let them know and get refunded but didn't want to be a Karen so we didnt :(

Really appreciate the vegan options :) I got a large and the portion size was generous (lasted me a few days of small portions) and I got tons of sprinkles!! I will say, I don't love the styrofoam cup, it ended up breaking when I was trying to get the ice cream out (after going in the freezer for a few days).

This place is regularly busy. Not the cheapest ice cream but the quality is very good. I highly recommend the Black Raspberry

Abundance of flavors to choose from. A bit pricey. Two standard sundaes (small size with whip, hot fudge and sprinkles cost $16)…. But otherwise an ok experience. We likely won’t return to this location since the Cranston one is a bit more pleasant. They do accept cards & there’s inside seating for after you order. I’d recommend signage to indicate where the line starts instead of just ashtrays, but that’s just me. Overall an okay experience.
