I’ve noticed that they take the new items off the app. They’ve been doing it with the nacho fries for like the past couple months now and right now with the new chicken nuggets / fry meal. It was working when it came now but now they’re both gone off mobile ordering which is ridiculous because they do have it. I went through the drive thru and ordered the fries and yup they indeed had them. Why take them off mobile ordering?? Might sound stupid to complain about but a lot of people use the app for points or only way to pay. If you have them let people buy it.

Takes years I ordered DoorDash at 2 and I had 2 drivers cancel cause they were waiting 30 + each driver it’s almost 4 in 10 minutes this is crazy

Ice lived in Johnston for 5 years, I love Taco Bell in general but I am happy when I get one correct order, which is sad cuz I come here so much it’s crazy… i really dunno what to say in here trying to eat some bs that I didn’t order once again smh… fire everyone!!! They stupid!!

Sad this was to go so didn't get a chance for them to correct it. Disappointed when I opened my food. This is supposed to be a cheesey gordita crunch sub beans.

An employee made this and served it and said yeah that should be great.

Order 2 Gordita crunch’ 3 taco supreme’ wait 20 minutes in line. Finally get the food. drive away open the bag and the incompetence upon opening the bag. I got 2 chalupas. at least they got the tacos right. This isn’t the first time and I won’t be deleting this review and I won’t be accepting credit for this “mess up” never will I return. FIGURE IT OUT

Currently stuck in the drive thru. Its been 30 minutes. No escaping the line. I would have left 15 minutes ago if i could. Just watching the mcdonalds and raising canes drive thru lines move 5x the speed. Go to any other taco bell

waited 45 minutes for FAST food. also no apology and lackadaisical attitude and slow movement from employees. will never be returning. also complained on tacobell.com about this place

Absolutely the worst mistake coming here. Placed a mobile order for one cheese quesadilla. Literally nothing else. Drive thru had 2 cars in it. 12 minutes waiting in line for quite literally the worst quesadilla I’ve ever had. It was just a wrap and they didn’t even take the time to cut it. If I wasn’t starving and running from one place to the next, I would’ve tossed it in the trash.
This is clearly poor service and food quality is obviously intentional. They need to fire everyone and start over. Even the manager was just walking around leisurely. Despite the giant board that was showing all orders in red …from late service.

Unbelievably slow. Can sit up to 30 minutes in the drive thru not moving. And they mess up. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE VEGETARIAN. They have messed up many of my bean meals. Sometimes substitutes, sometimes the wrong item.

Although slow no more so than other locations, primary issue is corporate forcing them to ignore indoor orders as long as possible and on top of that they've disabled any of the boxes or actual cheap meal options on their mobile ordering, when this store is selected you cannot order the cravings boxes or the cheap online exclusive box or any of the good meal deals.

Never go to Taco Bell again in Johnston they had no soda in their machine they didn't put any out of order sign on the machine Plus they didn't even tell you that there was no sodia in the machine never go there again👎👎 and one of the things on the menu ain't even there anymore The Cheez-It box so you take it off the menu when it's not there anymore when I don't recommend anybody to go to the one in Johnston because they suck
