This location suffers from a collapse in basic service standards. On my recent visit, the drive-through attendant cackled at customers, refused to take orders, and treated the drive-through like a stage for personal entertainment. Such disregard for paying customers suggests either a breakdown in management oversight or a culture that tolerates contempt for the people it serves. This will be escalated to corporate.

This location has been my go to for the past decade or so. I could even say it is my favorite go to Taco Bell location in Rhode Island. That is until today….
I ordered my go to taco bell party box, hard shell tacos with no sour cream and all the toppings, INCLUDING THE TOMATOES…..
Furthermore, they charged my a whopping extra $7.20 just for including the TOMATOES!!! This is ABSURD, SIMPLY OUTRAGEOUS. A single tomato at a supermaket costs way less than $7.20 and would actually properly cover every sinfle one of the 12 tacos.
Why am I saying this? Aside from the obnoxious charge for tomatoes, 2 of the tacos had no tomatoes at all, and 4 only had 2 pieces of tomato, if you even wanna call it a piece.
In other words, they overcharged me for TOMATOES and thats not even including the extra taxes they charged for that.
I will now have to go to Burger King or McDonalds since they dont CHARGE EXTRA FOR TOMATOES!!!
This location usually gets the order correct in a timely manner. 14 years as my primary location. I recommend picking up in store to grab Diablo sauce in case they forget.

Food is way overpriced for just mediocre. Got a chicken quesadilla with out sauce, for 6.59 and the chicken nugget meal. Nuggets aren't good so don't waste your time and the quesadilla had sauce on. $18 for 1 person is alot for fast food. For a chicken nuggets, nachos fries, drink and a quesadilla is absurd. I won't be back
