Yesterday was my last trip to Bread Boss. Charged me extra to cut my calzone?! Who does that? Spinach calzone deluxe had very small amount of spinach and hardly any pepperoni. Then didn't cut my pizza strips or even offer. Was told they don't have enough left to make a party box. So take the strips the way they are or don't take any. Pizza strips were so greasy, they used to be so much better. Then they have some weird signs on the cases "the price goes up every time you touch the glass." How many people put their hands on the glass? Shouldn't that be part of your regular cleaning anyway? Just strange. Between the customer service that made me feel like "we're doing you the favor" and the quality of the food that went downhill I won't be back. It's too bad, they used to be my go-to bakery.

We got one each of ricotta and lemon square. The ricotta was dry and crumbly. Awful. The lemon filling was delicious and was plentiful. The crust was took thick on the bottom and could have cooked a bit more. We also got a loaf of Italian bread. It was ok but lacked flavor. Split rolls were good. Vanilla egg biscuits are very good.

It's zeppole season and I heard that this bakery carries a handful of flavors (traditional, rum, pistachio, chocolate, and whipped cream) which is perfect for us because my family likes variety. I stopped by to pick up a box of these tasty treats to have on St. Joseph's Day and couldn't wait to get home to try them. My self control must have stayed behind in the parking lot, because once inside I couldn't help myself. I picked up 4 different calzones (spinach, chicken parm, Italian, and pepperoni) my favorite "traditional cookies" (wine biscuits and cherry slices) pizza chips, plus a package of sandwich rolls to take home. There were more bakery cases that I didn't have a chance to explore, but I'll be back to check them out soon. Their hours are very generous; they are open everyday and until 7pm most nights, which is really helpful.

Very gross chocolate strawberry short cake. Cream was gray around the edges it seemed like they put fresh cream on top of old cream. The strawberries were mushy. Also made everyone sick. Never again Bread Boss. My advice avoid this place . Don’t know how they have 4.5 stars. The quality of their product is disgusting. ??

was a faithful customer for months addicted to one item that i really liked. i would come in after work hoping there would still be a fresh cheese danish usually there were sometimes there weren't , which was totally .ok that's life but last week they changed the recipe i was shattered i knew inside it be the last time id come here again
