I finally stopped by Three Wishes Bakery in Johnston RI. Can I say I was so impressed and excited and happy. It was like a classic RI bakery with all the most beautiful pastry and donuts I have ever seen in a gluten free bakery. I wanted to buy it all. My husband and I shared two donuts at home, one was the creme brûlée and the other a Boston creme. Soooo good. We ate the cinnamon twists in the car on the way home. We were both making lots of yummy noises. I also tried their sandwich rolls which were delicious. Soft and flavorful unlike other gluten free rolls I have bought. The spinach pies were our lunch and they didn’t disappoint with the raspberry twists for our dessert. I will now be a regular at Three Wishes Bakery. Finally a bakery I can enjoy.
First time trying today. AMAZING. Will be back!!!
Just picked up an amazing assortment of GF pastries. 🥮 Very nice Staff. Friendly. Helpful. Love this place! ❤️🌸🙌
While the food is good, I was very disappointed in the owners manners. I was picking up a large order Christmas eve and I know it's busy but to see the owner snapping at her staff, yelling at her staff and overall belittling then in front of customers made my stomach turn. The 2 young ladies were very professional and courteous even if the owner wasn't, and I made sure to tell the young lady at the register what a great job she was doing. I understand this time of year can be crazy but lack of proper planning on the owners part should not be blamed on your workers. Shame on you for how poorly you treated your staff.

This place was so cute! I was super happy to find a gluten free bakery near where I live. I ordered about $15 worth of stuff and the owner gave me a ton of freebies because I came right before they closed! Sooooo sweet and such a great experience! I will definitely be coming again.

I had a great experience here! I was traveling for work and needed both lunch food and a treat. This was just the place! I got 4 rolls, slightly warmed one, threw some chicken salad on top and it was the perfect lunch. I was nursing a molar extraction so I had to eat soft-ish foods, and I was so grateful to get something that felt like a real lunch rather than just yogurt and bananas! It really hit the spot.
The owner/chef was so friendly and helpful when I needed advice of what to get, and everything that I bought was delicious. I am so grateful that dedicated GF places like this exist so I don't have to worry about cross contamination especially when I'm not at home. ❤️ But I wish I did live in Johnston so I could return!

My son brought home some donuts, cupcakes, and cake made by this amazing bakery from a wedding they catered. Let me just say, OMG!! I have tried lots of gluten free desserts and they have all fallen short and just mediocre if not awful!! Three wishes!! Knocked it out of the park! Their jelly donuts are out of this world!! The carrot cake cupcakes? Out of this world! Apple spice cake? Again just out of this world phenomenal. I am looking forward to stopping in to the bakery and trying more! I am definitely hooked on the jelly donuts; especially warmed up a little in the toaster oven! Yummmm!!

I ordered a custom churro birthday cake for my fiancé's surprise birthday party. The cake was beautiful and all of the guests raved about how unique and delicious it was. Highly recommend!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this bakery! I have celiacs which is hard when you are completely in love with local bakeries and baked goods! Anytime I hear of a gluten free bakery I get pretty excited. Yesterday I was finally in the area and able to stop in and try Three Wishes Bakery out, and I was not disappointed! Brian was running the place solo at the time, I had called in advance that day and asked to have a few items set aside since I knew I would be arriving closer to closing time. Brian kindly put those aside for me and they were there waiting when I arrived! He filled the cannoli when I picked them up, and it was heavenly! I devoured it soon after leaving the shop. Perfection! They had so many goodies to offer it was hard to choose. We tried a variety and everything was wonderful. The jelly filled donut, coffee roll, pumpkin cupcake, pumpkin roll, eclair, everything we tried was great and I could eat it all! That would have been deserving enough of a great review, but as we were leaving Brian also gave us a bag of churros free of charge! It was such a kind gesture and much appreciated by the whole family. I have not had fried donuts or churros since being diagnosed 7 years ago.
Thank you so much for providing a safe and wonderful experience!

Three Wishes was an excellent stop for breakfast this morning. You can tell the care that goes into their product. Absolutely delicious donuts, cinnamon rolls, coffee rolls and even the spinach pies!
Not only was the food great, but Laura and Brian are very welcoming, empathetic (there was a little mix-up with the doorbell) and so very informative.
If you’re a GF person, I suggest giving them a try. They weren’t voted Fourth Best GF Bakery in the Country by USA Today for nothing!

I was very nervous coming a to a gluten free bakery for I have never been to one. But the guy helping me was really sweet and nice. I had taste tested a churro which was mind blowing, it was so fluffy and yummy it made my choice clear I found a hidden jem in Rhode Island. The doughnut I had was very delicious and everything I tasted doesn’t seem to have an after taste which u typically taste in gluten free items. Needless to say their stuff tastes absolutely amazing and recommend anyone to go here too!
