I finally stopped by Three Wishes Bakery in Johnston RI. Can I say I was so impressed and excited and happy. It was like a classic RI bakery with all the most beautiful pastry and donuts I have ever seen in a gluten free bakery. I wanted to buy it all. This place was so cute! I was super happy to find a gluten free bakery near where I live. I ordered about $15 worth of stuff and the owner gave me a ton of freebies because I came right before they closed! Sooooo sweet and such a great experience! I will definitely be coming again.

I had a great experience here! I was traveling for work and needed both lunch food and a treat. This was just the place! I got 4 rolls, slightly warmed one, threw some chicken salad on top and it was the perfect lunch. I was nursing a molar extraction so I had to eat soft-ish foods, and I was so grateful to get something that felt like a real lunch rather than just yogurt and bananas! It really hit the spot.
