The girl at the counter did not know what genoa was when I asked for it, nor did they have it, the prosciutto was tough and my chicken Parm sandwich. I asked for extra sauce. It did not have extra sauce the owner was not friendly at all. And the food was not great, and the atmosphere seemed dirty.Nothing like west Warwick, they should go down to that store and learn how to run. This place, basically, it was a waste of money. I won't go back

$48 for two lousy pizzas. I could have spent $20 on two DiGiorno pizzas I would have gotten more for my money and they actually taste better. hope they go bankrupt soon

I have been to this location at least 3 times before today and never had an issue and the food was OK. Today I called and ordered 3 large cheese pizzas and was told 25 minutes. I arrived and it took 40 minutes with no air conditioner in the restaurant and one of the 3 pizzas smelled horrible and was loaded with cheddar cheese which is not what I ordered and smelled awful. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Worst Italian sub I've ever had waste of money highly disappointed I pretty bought a empty roll
Upon arriving at the establishment, I noticed that the gentleman working the counter appeared overworked. However, his behavior was completely unacceptable—he engaged in racial profiling and ultimately asked me to leave. His remarks were not only unprofessional but also blatantly racist and highly offensive. I would not recommend this place to anyone, as no customer should have to experience such treatment. It is truly disappointing that a business operating in this manner is still in operation.
I went here for the first time because I saw a tasty looking margarita pizza on Google photos. The pizza I got looked nothing like it. It was greasy and not good at all. We dined in at lunch time and were the only ones there the entire hour. We won't be back.

The portions for their deli sandwiches are pretty small- I ordered “The Boss” their Italian grinder through uber eats, and was bit disappointed. It had very little meat , so the sandwich was like 75% bread. Might have been just a fluke because it was delivery, but I’ll stick to J’s deli going forward.

One of our subs was pretty lacking on ingredients and the box of fries was half empty and despite no one else being there took 20 minutes for the two subs and fries. The Wise Guys in Providence we've been to is great, but seems like this location may not be able to reach that bar.

The last 5 times I tried calling this place to put in an order no one picks up the phone. It's like they don't want to succeed.. I don't think it even exists. You go to the place during opening hours and it's locked. 3pm on a Friday. I don't see this business lasting long or it's a cover up for something else. They lost this customer. Go to Hometown Pizza and Subs instead. You can order online and they actually pick up the phone.
