I went to this establishment a few days ago to purchase two items. I gave the employee cash to pay for the two items. The employee told me that they do not accept cash. I told her that I did not need any change. The employee then gave me an attitude and told me again that they do not accept cash! Felt discriminated!

Insomnia is that one place that feels like a better clone of someone's else's product (Crumbl). I ordered one chocolate chip cookie (3.12 was the total) and it was really good for the price, it felt and tasted like a McDonald's cookie if it was baked with high quality ingredients. Much better than Crumbl's cookies for sure.

We got a 12 packet of assorted cookies and some ice cream that were delicious.
Parking: There was plenty of parking, we were even able to park right in front of the store.
Kid-friendliness: The guy behind the counter was very friendly and patient while the children made up their minds what they wanted.

We went up to URI for orientation, and my son needed a fix of a cookie! Insomnia cookies were open till 1130pm!! It was great, and the server was great also with a smile!!!

the worker sat there talking to their friends for like 5 minutes while i stood waiting, never even got a glance until there was a break in conversation, it was kinda ridiculous tbh? would’ve been and was so easy to grab my order but i guess it was socialization time not work time so i had to wait awkwardly?

The serve seemed inconvenienced by my allergy. The gluten free options are super limited. The vanilla and chocolate ice cream are gluten free but they use the same scooper for all the ice creams so be aware of the crocs contamination. There was only 1 gluten free cookie option on the whole menu. I don’t consider this place celiac friendly.
Dietary restrictions: Only 1 gluten free cookie option.
