Chili’s is one of the best local places to bring a family not too high-end reasonably priced meals for the whole family to enjoy. There’s something for everybody.

This location needs to get rid of all there food and restart with a complete restock of food! Me and my entire family got extremely sick and I won't be back for a year or more to this location. We were all throwing up for 2 days, we were very ill and i was forced to miss days of work due to being sick. I repeat get a whole NEW order of food in this location immediately before more people get as sick as me and my family were

My friend and I thought we had a really nice time at this location, until we got home and started throwing up. We thought, maybe we ate too much but after reading the same thing happened to other reviewers, now I fear it could have been due to cleanliness. I knew the chicken crispers tasted a tad weird and the ranch was super watery. I really liked this location but will be scared to eat here again.

Literally the worst experience of my life.Waitress barely acknowledged us at all.We ordered a 3 for me - chips (queso, salsa, guac) & double old timer with cheeseKids meal chicken tenders a friesLoaded potato soup & hand breaded chicken tenders (4) with Mac and cheese and fries.(Soup and chips with dips should have came out well before our entree)Francisco kicked us out for because we complained that our food came out all together instead of apps first and then our entree. So embarrassing and be littling and unprofessional.On top of the terrible mind blowing service.The chicken tenders were hard and disgusting, not edible. The burger on the 3 for me was clearly the wrong burger so wrong that the "manager" Francisco argued with us saying that burger was not on the 3 for me and we had to show him on the menu.We barely got to eat anything since it all came out at once and then he told us to get out.Francisco terrible manager, rude, unprofessionalHostess never greeted us either. Waitress was Alicia, shy and also unprofessional. When I asked someone on the way out what the general managers name was she said "sisco". How unprofessional. A bunch of little kids running this place.

Ordered takeout (from Chili's - Lincoln RI). During the process I discovered the Buffalo chicken salad was removed from the menu. That was my "go to" item.. Ordered the Buffalo chicken sandwich instead. Shortly after eating nausea set in.. Nothing like food poisoning and violent vomiting to closeout your birthday.. Pretty safe to say I'll never ordering/eat from Chili's again. Not just because of this most recent issue. But the last 3-4 times I've experienced issues with quality, or accuracy. Sad because Chili's use to be good.. Like most franchises trying to stay competitive before & post covid they've seemed to have lost their identity and allowed quality to dwindle..

I came here for my birthday and the restaurant was very dark inside. I felt like I was eating in the dark. Everyone's food was meh. The fajitas were very bland, chicken tenders were a weird texture and my quesadillas were also very bland. The salsa was too watery. Food was over all very bland. The only thing we likes were the chips that came with the salsa. The cheese cake I got tasted freezer burnt. Was rough. I haven't been here in recent years.The good. The food was OK, place was very busy and it did take a while to get served. We chose from the 3 for me menu. I had Ceasar salad a Margarita and a Bacon Burger. The Marguerita was a gun mix..not so goo..the Ceasar Salad was not very good with the highlight being the Bacon Burger ...which was pretty good. My girl had the Marguerita and the Quesedilla which was..OK. Service was a bit slow but it was peak Saturday and tgey were feeling the heat! The best thing was the price which was about $50.00 for two including 20% tip.

I went here for lunch. I was served my food, and the server did not check to see if I needed anything else . They had not given me any silverware or dressing for my salad . It was over 20 mins before I could flag someone down asking for silverware and dressing. The staff was all standing in the kitchen talking from what I could see . My hot food I had ordered was cold by the time I was finally able to eat it . Very disappointed all around .
