I placed an online order for roughly $78 to be picked up in the Lincoln Rhode Island location. My pick up time was 8:11 p.m. I arrived at roughly 8:15. I went to the counter where the online orders/ to-go orders were to be picked up. I gave both my name and my husband's name, the young lady told me there was no order under either name but proceeded to ramble off about six other names that our order could have possibly been under.
