“This has been my husband and I’s go to place for the last few years. Over the last couple of months we have noticed a decline in portions. While we understand that prices are higher for food, you really shouldn’t bump down in quality, just raise the price if you need to. People may not noice a slight uptick in price but definitely notice the portion size. My husband always favors a whole belly clam and scallops plate and last night he was served that combo with only two whole bellies, the rest were just batter pieces and four scallops that were overcooked , it was so disappointing. My surf and turf was downsized from three baked stuffed shrimp down to two and the prime rib was much smaller. While we could have said something, it should have been noticed before it left the kitchen! We are not people to complain and the staff is always great but I guess my point is, we noticed and may think twice before returning and that saddens us.“

“Dart City rules! The computerized dart games make scoring effortless (I hate having to do math) and are really fun. The layout and decor of the place is interesting as well—sort of post-apocalyptic chic. There’s a bar a few feet away from the dart lanes so you can always have a drink going. The music is booming (I think I saw a DJ stand) and the lighting creates a really nice vibe to hang out in. I recommend bringing your own darts, but the ones they provide are good enough. Will definitely be back many more times.“

“For starters. how about filling the drinks instead of bringining a partial drink that's FULL of ice. I asked the server what the deal was. He told me that they are only allowed to put 4.5 Oz or they'll get fired. WTH. That's ridiculous.“

“We visited Honey Bird back in June. The chicken was outstanding so moist and flavorful. The drinks also did not disappoint, the ingredients blend together so well and zero hang over headache. My 6 year had yummy Mac & cheese with fries.“

“I have heard so many great things about Anthony’s so I had taken my wife there for Mother’s day. When we walked into Anthony’s we were taken away with its cozy atmosphere. The waitstaff was very friendly and made me feel like we were at home. The drinks were on point. The appetizers were so incredible, delicious. Our entree’s were delicious and delectable. My wife and I cannot wait to go back and have an exquisite meal again at Anthony’s.“

“This is my favorite bar/pub in PVD. Good beer selection with plenty of local brews and interesting stuff. Their homemade soft pretzels are immaculate, and the sandwiches served on them are also very good. Quick walk from the AMP or PPAC, can get busy after events.“

It’s the kind of spot where complete strangers will gladly strike up a conversation making everyone feel right at home.“

“Do not live here if you care about your car. On two separate occasions my car was vandalized and my roommates car was stolen from the off street parking. The landlords have done nothing to improve the security.“

“One of the oldest pubs in the United States, just not the same name lol. The Son's of Liberty drank here! They still serve Half-Yards! A beer drinkers Mecca they have dozens of bottles and draft options. Priced right. One caveat, they haven't painted since the Son's drank there so keep a sense of humor. Great place for some suds. I've been a customer for over thirty years.

Dietary restrictions: As long as it's beer or whiskey you are good!

“Our family just recently hosted a private event here, and The Last Resort Restaurant and Bar far exceeded our expectations. The staff was refreshingly attentive, and incredibly accommodating. The dining space was perfect for our group. Every dish was fresh and beautifully presented.

If you are looking for a restaurant to host a special event, I highly recommend this establishment. They made our special occasion unforgettable, and we look forward to celebrating here again!“

“We were in the area and saw that our friends in Autumn Lies Buried were playing here so we stopped in for the show.
Nice intimate venue with plenty of bar seating plus couches if you really want to stretch out. The sound was great and the drink prices were comparable to other music venues I have attended.
There is a city parking lot right next door but it is paid parking. There is plenty of free street parking around the venue.“

“If you’re looking for a local dive bar this is your spot. They do have bands play and have a pool table as well. There is a small area with seating to hangout and would say that the parking lot is on the smaller end so be mindful of that.“

Comfortable waiting area outside of the bar if you need to wait to be seated. Knead doughnuts is across the hall. Great options available for a late night snack while you enjoy your drinks. “Rock’s is the place for good drinks, billiards, and darts. The owner, Cynthia, and staff are fantastic. Cynthia and her staff were so extremely helpful from helping with food to making sure we had everything we needed or wanted. We held a birthday party/celebration of life and had about 25 family and friends get together. It was the perfect place for all of us. Some were able to play billiards, while others played darts, and there was room for people to sit and chat. We had such an amazing time, thanks to Cynthia! I highly recommend Rock’s and we will be back!!“
