We've been curious about the changing menu at Toti's. We've been in for drinks and music before. Today we stopped in between 2-3 PM. The bar was pretty busy and our server still came to our table at least 10 times to check on us. The service was fast, food hot and waitstaff friendly. They use AMI for the music, so come in with your music choices because I always blank on music when I see these. Plenty of tvs playing sports, and they're pretty open about letting you change the channel if you like. “We were in town for the fishing show we wanted good Italian food and drove around federal hill we spotted your place and the Sicilian flag (I'm Sicilian) and said this must be a good place. the food was outstanding and so good we did the burrata which was amazing the chicken Francese was out of this worlds and my husbands baked stuffed Shrimp was also out of this world we ended the night with with a cannoli and tiramisu and both were fantastic. The broccoli Cheddar soup was tasty and a good start to lunch. The taco salad was basic but good. The taco shell was crispy and not oily- awesome. I did add some ranch so it was not dry- highly recommend. Overall a good lunch and suggest you give it a visit.“
