Out of all the bars in Providence, juniper has solidified its spot as my favorite for many different reasons. First and foremost- the drinks. That's what we go to a cocktail bar for, right? I had such an amazing experience visiting Juniper! The drinks were second to none and the bartenders were so kind, attentive and knowledgeable. They gave recommendations and created cocktails I had never tried before. A true gem of a place and somewhere I can't wait to show my friends. I will definitely be back!
Okay, fine. juniper is THE cocktail bar. I refuse to gatekeep, so here I am with my overdue review. This space has served a few iconic cocktail bars in the past, & juniper has done right by its legacy. There is a sad tendency for modern speakeasies to veer towards the pretentious, but not juniper.
