Let's start with the fact I walked in and there was already a customer freaking out because she picked up her hot coffee and it was spilling all over her because they didn't secure the lid. Then after she left the girls behind the counter were bad mouthing her. I ordered my stuff and received a burnt sandwich, charcoal burnt bacon and a coolata that wasn't even full.SMH. ill never return here and will tell everyone of how bad it is. Unbelievable.

Went in to get my regular extra large hot with extra extra cream and sugar like i always do and those kids behind the register absolutely killed it with the customer service they were very kind and actually held a good conversation while making my coffee i wouldn’t say the same for the morning crew but if you come in after 4 expect great service and even better employees

Past couple of days I’ve purchased ice coffee from this location, today she made my coffee 3 times still couldn’t get it right. The ice coffee was bitter I threw it in the trash didn’t even leave the location with it. Such a waste of money and the staff could care less. This is why DD makes millions, staff are their just for a check and can’t get anything done right

Friendly staffs. They don't have rainbow sprinkling available for cake batter signature latte but provided free donut instead.

All of our medium iced French Vanilla swirl was terrible shot extra extra extra milk after me to make it light with told sugar melted and they put it back. Looking they added more milk and then I taste it tastes burnt and they just tried to blame it on the turbo shop when I get this all the time so I don't know how they recommend this place

My husband went in to purchase gas and witnessed the dunkin empoyee throwing away donuts by the rack. Why would you throw away perfectly good food when there is nothing wrong with it but there are homeless on every corner and starving people.
After using the on the go app to save time, I still waited 10 minutes for a very burned sandwich and a coffee. Unfortunately I didn't realize the sandwich was torched until I got back to work. Things happen and I realize that they were busy, but be honest and just make another sandwich..
