Ordered catering for an engagement party and the food was absolutely fabulous! Every single guest raved about it. Everything is made fresh and from scratch, it is absolutely worth every penny. We had a chicken piccata tray, meatball, pasta with red sauce, sausage and broccoli rabbe pasta, and cannolis. The food was easy to warm up in the oven (although for me, it was a bit longer than the recommended 25-30 minutes and I suggest stirring the entries midway). I don’t typically write reviews but for catering Bottega Bocconi is an absolute MUST! They will be my go to place for any event. Thank you!

I guess it was good. I’m very confused by the reviews from others saying they make good sandwiches. Looks more like a gentrified quesadilla. Not for me. Roasted clove makes better “sandwiches” imo

I am rating this establishment 2 stars only because the food was good. However, the service was not. I was visiting from out of town and as soon as I entered no one greeted me. I was ready to order and no one asked me if I was ready, there was no distingued line that says order here. Therefore, I was standing behind someone who was talking to a worker and they never told me I was on the wrong line. I was waiting about 5 minutes before someone said something. Then I go to order and I’m told I cannot get two proteins on a sandwich; I have NEVER heard of that in my life. As a customer I believe whatever I want on a sandwich I should be able to get. Furthermore, I asked for it on a hero and the woman checking me out said ok. I open my bag and its not a hero at all, its almost like a gyro. The woman should’ve said we dont have heros. Like I said, service and hospitality not great but the food was good.

Food is incredible! And the Lemoncello Tiramisu is amazing! Light and delicious! Can’t wait to come back for some more! They have delicious sandwiches, perfect for summer time! I highly recommend this place!

Let’s just say - of the four days we were in Rhode Island, we chose sandwiches from this place on three of them. Fresh, authentic, delicious. I’ll miss this place daily until next year. We had the tuna and white bean, pesto and mozzarella, and eggplant with peppers and artichoke. Apricot croissants, iced espresso, olives and bolognese to go (will make a quick and delicious dinner when we get home). Don’t miss out on this gem.

What a gem! My friend and I ordered P&Gs for lunch and had two hearty meals from each. So amazing 🤩, generous portions, authentic Italian fare. I took another P&G and a Bologna back home to Upstate New York for my husband to enjoy. What a happy “Jersey Boy”. I was the first customer in the morning and the gal who served me was first rate 👏. Check out the prepared meals in the freezer too. Next trip I’ll bring a bigger cooler!

What a great Italian deli, they import their meats and they are delicious. I regularly get their single pizza slices and love the dough. They also have refrigerated and frozen options to take home for dinner. One of the few places to get a 'real' European coffee.
