The staff did the best they could, but they were completely understaffed. I watched at least 5 people leave before they could even place their order. Fast food means I should not have to wait 20 minutes after I order. The counter woman was very kind.

Just got done with the drive thru here and they were very rude the lady even dropped one of our happy meals and didn't even apologize to my husband for it dropping and him having to get out of the car to grab it and she seemed irritated about having to wait to hand off the rest. Thankfully we don't live in this area because everywhere we have gone has been not great either service or the food. But at least here the food was okay.

I asked for Honey Mustard on the app with my order not BBQ sauce so I was thrilled when I had to park my car and come inside to ask the miserable jerk behind the counter for honey mustard and for him to flick the packet at me when I bothered him for it

Burger King should be ashamed to pay the employees here. None of them give a hoot about their job. It takes 40 minutes from getting there to getting food every time I’ve been there in my life. And I’ve lived here my entire life. I avoid going here if I can. Sometimes my woman asks and I dread it. I think I could get a transplant faster than I could get fries here. Corporate definitely just doesn’t care and the local managers. Definitely don’t care. It’s horrible here, clearly the employees are feeding habits or just there to be there and collect money. I’ve never seen such horrible work ethic.

I just ordered a ham egg and cheese croissan which MEAL LARGE SIZED. ALL I GOT WAS THE CROISSAN WHICH SANDWICH AND I ALSO ORDERED THE BREAKFAST BURRITO JUNIOR. I GOT THOSE BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE MY LARGE HASH BROWNS OR MY LARGE SPRITE ZERO. I JUST SPENT $21 AND CHANGE ON THIS MEAL AND I DIDN'T GET HALF OF IT! PLEASE MAKE THIS RIGHT OR I'LL NEVER EVER EVER EAT AT YOUR RESTAURANT AGAIN! I CAN'T EVEN EAT MY SANDWICHES NOW BECAUSE I CAN ONLY EAT THEM WITH THE HASH BROWNS WHICH I DON'T HAVE. The interior of the restaurant was a bit unkempt, with tables that hadn'tbeen wiped down and sticky trash all around the fountain drinks stand. The Coca-Cola Freestyle soda machine was out of numerous flavors and varieties, and when we mentioned it to the workers they just said, "Yeah... that happens..." Our order was fine and up to Burger King standards.
