Horrible customer service. Josh at the register never greeted me, had a miserable disposition, got the order wrong, and behaved like I was bothering him. I don't expect anything to come of this review.

Noone in the place, there was 4+ workers and noone would take our order. The manager literally stood and watched the food being made without taking our order. Happened to another customer after us also. Place was dirty. Booths gross and floors were greasy to the point where you slide. Take better care please place isn't busy enough or understaffed to lack this underservicing. Do better!!

Worker purposely ignores you so that you will use the kiosk. We almost walked out when she finally turned. And the place is filthy. You can ice skate on the layer of film on the floor

I have never written a review on a Burger King but after visiting this location, I had to! The staff that works here (said she has worked for Burger King for 15 years!) Is without a doubt the friendliest, most cheerful staff we've ever come across. And we've eaten at Burger Kings right across the country! She was so helpful and cheerful starting right from the drive thru microphone. I wish I got her name. What an asset to the company....promote her somehow!!

Ordered table service on the app and we were promptly brought our breakfast by Kelsey. Place was very clean and breakfast was good. Nice start to our day.

First time here. Food is fresh, but is cleaning not taught in training?? Every table is really dirty. I usually go to the one in Berlin, CT, and they clean after each person right when they leave. Isn't that expected? I really hate giving negative reviews, but come on.

The staff did the best they could, but they were completely understaffed. I watched at least 5 people leave before they could even place their order. Fast food means I should not have to wait 20 minutes after I order. The counter woman was very kind.
