This is a warm wonderful local place! You can tell the regulars and staff know each other well but are friendly to new faces too! Casual- seat yourself, no menus here- breakfast and lunch menu and specials are posted above the food area. Definitely consider the French toast, pancakes, or omelette with home fries!

Breakfast is a simple thing but you would be surprised how many places cannot get it right. Chelseas is a quaint little eatery but it was everything it's supposed to be. Stopped by randomly for breakfast. My cheese eggs were perfectly scrambled with the cheese blended well. Sausage perfectly seared without an overpowering pork flavor (like I get in some places). Coffee was robust and hot and even though there was one server...she was on it!!! attending to everyone quickly and she was super nice. The place smelled like breakfast...the type of place that if I were local, I would come everyday to start my morning. Wish I had a place like this where I live (D.C. Area where we have a ton of places but nothing great). This is a five star place and easy on the wallet! Definitely a go to if you want a bite to eat before you start your day!!!
