No, thank you! Everything I tried wasn’t cooked fully or was cold in the middle. I had boneless chicken that tasted like rubber. Watered down dressing, The bites were a slight warm in the middle. My skillet cookie was cold by touch as well as the fudge. No napkins, utensils, etc. I’m here for business, just returning from a long day, wanted to grab something to eat, shower, and go to bed. Well needless to say, I went to bed hungry. I might a slim might try it again one day!
“to-go” is NEVER fresh. Do not order this way. It’s super gross
*sigh* my first negative review. Ordered chicken quesadillas to-go desperate for a warm bite to eat after spectating the marathon all morning. Tortillas and cheese were burnt to the point of being inedible. We didn’t eat in restaurant. You put some trust into to-go orders because the whole point is driving away confident you got what you ordered. I did not. Ate what I could and took the loss.
Yummy food
food was good. service was very good. good for when you're in a hurry with kids
Don't be fooled by the offering of chips and salsa, you're gonna get billed $3.99
We came to Chili's to celebrate my son's 2nd bday. I frequented Chili's To-Go menu over the summer and my son absolutely loves the food. He's a picky eater and might not eat it right away, but he will eventually which is wonderful. The crispers are everyone's go to; lots of sauce options. The burgers are ginormous and greasy but my go-to is anything Southwestern and with sour cream. I cleaned my plate of the Chicken Bacon Quesadillas and asked for extra sour cream. The ambiance was nice, where our table was at for our 7 person group, kinda felt like we had the place to ourselves. The server was a natural and hospitable to everyone at the table. And it's truly the company that makes the experience the best, nothing like family and food and love being celebrated. Of course my 2 year old got upset after waitstaff came out and sang him Happy Birthday, but after the crowd dissipated, he was a happy lil guy who didn't eat the dessert until we got home of course. (Their new Reese's Peanut Butter Pie, highly recommend). I had a great time, I'll definitely be back!
The best Chilis I have ever been to! Professional, clean, delicious! great staff and service!
Reliable fare and good service
Worst experience with service and food. The server took our order and then we didn’t see her again. We asked for the kids meals to come out as soon as possible, but they came out after the adult meals. My steak was thin like a pancake and overcooked. Absolutely awful. The rest of the food was severely under seasoned. The server never came back to see how the food was or if we needed anything. No chance to get my steak fixed or anything else we ordered. No drink refills or offer a to go box. Instead the server was chatting it up at the bar. Mind you we were the only table in her section and there were only 2 other occupied tables in the restaurant. If it was as not obvious why I did not type you, this should explain it. I am a great tipper and would have tipped extremely well, even if I got half decent service, unfortunately this was the bottom of the barrel. So please don’t go to social media about a $100 bill and no tip, tips are earned, it’s your job to serve, try a little harder. Also when I walked by the kitchen, I could see people just standing around, so obviously y’all were not that busy.
Absolute worst experience and a waste of $100.

Could have been a better experience. Understaffed it looked like.
The Fried Mozzarella was not good.
Wasn't freshly cooked. It was like room temperature. Was kinda disappointed about that.
Had a good time...food is mediocre...didn't live up to the hype on social media
Friendly staff, solid service, and solid food.
The staff are very attentive to larger parties and are responsive to special requests (within reason, of course). The fajitas are served with juicy and tender chicken. Corn tortillas are always better than the flour tortillas! The chips are fresh, thin, and crispy, served alongside smooth salsa.
I’m not some friend blowing up this guy. I don’t even know him. I didn’t know his name until he introduced himself to me one night. With that in mind.
Until Jim started managing Chili’s I always had problems with my orders. I went in there tonight to pick up an order and first person I saw was Jim greeting me, then he was back and forth all over the restaurant doing things like I always see him doing when I’m in there. For being the best manager that place has EVER had whatever he’s getting paid, it isn’t enough.
Chili's Middletown is top notch. Appetizers were great, service was great but I kind of feel like maybe you guys should check the soda taps or hoses, coke tasted....
