Chili's Middletown is top notch. Appetizers were great, service was great but I kind of feel like maybe you guys should check the soda taps or hoses, coke tasted....

Picked up the food. It was ready in 8 mins. Because it was undercooked and the crisper chipotle sauce was all over bottom of container there fore all of the food was drenched in it.. waste of 40$ and I tipped !!

Burgers were delicious, however they came out with a very small portion of fries, plus I came to CHILLI'S specifically for the new BRISKET Burger and to my surprise the Burger came out with about two little pieces of brisket on top of my Burger 😬🍔 Unfortunately I had to inform the bartender. She got us some more fries, and she reported the brisket to the manager! He came to check and went back to bring out some more brisket. Still could've been a little bit more, but by that time, I was hungry and ready to eat! ☹️ Besides that we enjoyed our meal.

We were seated a lot sooner than we expected. More importantly, the food was great! This location was not very far from the accommodation we booked. There's also another hotel in the same area as the restaurant.
My spouse and I visited Rhode Island yesterday to celebrate our 24th wedding anniversary. Since we wanted to walk the Cliff Walks, we were understandably famished after the six-mile hike. Naturally, we decided to dine at Chili's, where we enjoyed a delectable meal and received exceptional service from the friendly staff. We will certainly return to this establishment in the future.

We come here all the time and will continue to come here all the time, but I’m not sure if it’s chilis standards or if in the kitchen some type of mistake? For a $15 meal (burger and fries) a few fries ..really? It continues to happen but this is a bit much
