This location is the definition of hit or miss. Sometimes the food is good. Sometimes it's bad.
There's fantastic servers and there's pretty weak ones too.
Idk what music playlist they use, but it takes good songs and puts them in remixes. Some are cool, some are just awful.
Seem to suffer staffing troubles - there are times they are out of rice and certain meets. Almost always the trash bins are overflowing.

OH! And don't try mobile ordering. That fell off over a year ago and never recovered. Wrong orders, untimely orders, losing the entire days orders and reprinting them all. Just order in store.

I love chipotle but unfortunately I experienced a batch of really undercooked rice and it ruined my whole burrito. I didn’t have time to go back in and inform them that their rice was undercooked as I was hurrying off to my job. But please check your rice…it was not well cooked. Staff was nice though.

After walking in there tonight I should have just walked right back out. The place was a mess. And to top it all off saw the manager picking and eating out of prepped food for serving to customers. Absolutely disgusting as they are not following food safety protocols.

I went last night. Just now seeing the reviews. Big ditto on the cleanliness problem. Tables covered with previous customers’ food. Trash cans overflowing. Trash on floor. Trash sitting with clean utensils and beverage dispenser. I was so mad at myself for going there.

Service is poor. I have been here several times and have not been greeted or treated politely. Customers need to put forth an effort to be acknowledged. The employees have rolled their eyes at seeing me. It is sad.

The food is extremely inconsistent. Portion sizes vary. I have had my bowls covered in sour cream, some bowls with a tablespoons worth. It is typically cooked well, but the servers who combine the bowls have traditionally put forth zero effort.

I’m a big fan of Chipotle and have tried this location several times. It is horrible and disgusting with its poor cleanliness. Spend your money elsewhere.

I have learned to never expect good customer service at any chipotle but this experience was god awful. I show up at 130 and there’s 5 people working and nobody in line or the dining room. The kitchen was restocking which made sense after lunch but nobody was interested in making my burrito while I waited for 5 minutes. The girl that ended up coming to make my food just sauntered up and stared blankly at me. After about 5 awkward seconds I said hi. I then had to proceed to lead her through the building of my burrito. Turns out she’s allowed to use the cash register so she also checked me out and still didn’t say a word. I question why I come here at all. You guys don’t deserve my business.

Just moved to Newport so decided to get food from here. Not welcomed, rushed and the place was dirty. All the tables had food on it and even behind the counter where they are serving, there are crumbs and food all over the place which is even more gross. Got food and crumbs all over my bowl and the person at the register threw my bowl in a bag upside down. I asked them to wipe the excess food off my bowl and the gave me an attitude. The nerve. Never again. When I go out to eat I love seeing how the workers interact with other customers and they were rude to customers in front of me which gave me a red flag immediately. Also, portion sizes were extremely small!
