Love this dangelos !!! The shift leader Jess is absolutely amazing . I work with individuals with disabilities and we always have a great experience when we come here . The shift leader literally remembers all of our clients orders. She extremely kind, patient, and caring towards our clients. Thank you so much for your service it’s appreciated!!! I have not eaten in a d'angelo's in probably over 10 years. Today I went into them one in Middletown and was just blown away at the wonderful customer service they had! They had smiles and asked me how my day was and with each customer was genuinely interacting. It's nice to know customer service is not completely dead! Good job! Middletown D'Angelo's!

We were there about 9 months ago and we ordered 2 sandwiches. Doordash never delivered the food to our hotel. They remade the order and didn't want to charge me. I insisted on paying because it was not their fault. They even threw in some Coca-Cola's. They are awesome, we will definitely go back if we can get back up there.
