Never had an issue here until today, I believe the Driver’s name was Annabelle, but she doesn’t deliver orders, even if they are marked leave at door. You MUST meet her outside to grab your order, they treat it like they are delivering gold bars and you have to sign for it. Driver said the front door was locked so she couldn’t deliver it…never in my life has a delivery driver walked into my house to successfully deliver, was I supposed to meet her in my kitchen? Bizarre experience and she was rude above all else when I called to figure out where my order went.
Annabelle also marked the order as delivered, and I had to call the store to find out why and get the refund processed. The manager, Christian, was helpful, but even he was asking the driver why she would come back to the store with an order when the order is specifically marked “leave at door”

I had a really disappointing experience here. I politely asked for some pepper, and the staff member responded rudely and threw it on the table instead of handing it to me. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful. Customer service needs serious improvement.
I am not a big fan of flour pizza I have no option I stayed at Rodeway inn just beside to dominoes most restaurants close at 10pm I got a chance to eat here ordered well done 10” veggie pizza with mushroom spinach cheese it’s awesome looks like no one dine in they get more delivery orders. It’s the only place open for all hours in Middletown with dine in.

My 85 year old mother and 16 year old son with Autism wanted pizza. We were traveling from NYC to Rhode Island to spend the holiday with my son, his wife and my 2 grandsons. The sign said open so I pulled into the lot. There was young lady behind the counter standing in front of the register. I asked my son to hand me my bag. I was preparing to get my wallet. I see the young lady come from behind the counter. I open the car door to get out the car and I see her turn off the open and proceed to turn off other lights and lock the door. I was appalled. It was at least a half an hour before their closing time. That, to me, was very mean spirited and really poor customer service and customer relations.

Your Delivery person Brittney was terrific! She delivered to my cousin in Newport who is confined to a wheelchair. Brittney was so helpful to Michele, aiding her with the order, making sure to help back in the house...just a credit to your organization!
