I entered the drive-thru this morning (Sunday) at 9:45am. Ordered right away. Pulled around the corner and saw there were 2 cars infront of me. It took 10 MINUTES to get to the window. Once I get to the window, the guy at the window took his sweet ass time to open the window and take my card. After I paid, it took him another 3 MINUTES to take my order off the counter and hand it to me. Mind you, all I ordered was 2 egg and cheese wraps. With two cars infront of me, it took me a total of 15 MINUTES to get out of the drive-thru. Guy had absolutely no hustle in him. NOT TO MENTION both my wraps were burnt!

Every time I got inside. Had to wait longer. The manager had to cover and compensate with the customer services because the staffs are mediocre. Thats why mostly I order online.

I just order a delivery service by uber eats. I order a latte and the milk is source, is really bad and I don't get mind how the store can sell the milk fermented. It's so dangerous for our health.
Just an example of how much the staff doesn't pay attention my sticker on my hot coffee says large iced coffee yet somehow I am still holding a hot coffee my receipt says iced coffee yet they still made me a hot coffee multiple times they could have seen this and corrected it and yet they continue to give me the hot coffee this is not just a one-time Occurrence at this place and I wish when using doordash I had the choice of which Dunkin Donuts I would get my delivery from because I would never choose this one

This is a consistently good Dunkin on the island. Of all of them in newport and middletown, this one is the one I frequent. The staff is nice, and they don't give an attitude if you have a problem with your order or something doesn't taste right. They will remake it or fix it for you. Sometimes, they are understaffed, so you have to wait an extra minute or two, but they try to be pleasant. Overall, this is the one I'd recommend to go to.
